Things that look nothing like Christopher Eccleston, I don’t think I’ve ever draw the Ninth Doctor that actually looked like Ninth Doctor, but what ever, the colors I picked please me a lot. You know, for the face I used those cheap market brand watercolors that have exactly as much pigment as my melanin-deprived, scarred irises, ergo none at all, but still it was surprisingly neat.

Eight’s Dark Eyes outfit isn’t dissimilar to Eccleston’s — I wonder if Paul had some input regarding the design for that one…

Confession time - the eighth doctor’s movie was actually my introduction to Doctor Who! I was a child of the 90’s. We had classic re-runs on TV in the mornings sometimes, but after my sister watched a particularly terrifying episode, we turned off the TV at the first hint of the opening! Luckily the ABC replayed just about all of classic Doctor Who and I managed to catch a good chunk of the 3rd and 4th doctors.
Where was I? Oh, that’s right, the 8th doctor. After painting the others, damn he is pretty. Of course, I have a lot of love for the 9th too!
