ruby and castiel have the most earnest and relaxed relationship of the four usually they just chill out and smoke and sometimes castiel is like maybe u should stop making dean act crazy and then she's like well maybe u should stop letting him act crazy and then they go out to buy hot cheetos and dont talk abt it for another week

22. Who is your favourite wayward sister?
Kaia! She got so many killer lines in her first episode ("just a small business owner trying to make it in Trump's America," the "I'm not the kind of girl folks come for" speech) and I love how she is terrified of things (“fight? no, I run”) but is still so ride-or-die with the people she chooses to trust, and I like to think about her life after she returns to Sioux Falls and wonder how she's going to deal with the trauma of being trapped in her literal nightmares for years (and also like. the first few weeks, she had to go cold turkey after a pretty intense drug addiction, completely alone and with minimal food and shelter!) and how she might situate herself in the Mills family after that (I do have Thoughts about her and Patience living with a white cop, and my Kaia-specific thoughts are supplemented by the facts that she's been homeless and/or on the run for so many years of her life during which cops absolutely made her life worse personally, but those are not particularly eloquent beyond "don't like that") and into a tentative relationship with Claire, and in conclusion yeah. Kaia's my favorite.
27. What is your favourite season so far?
Due to the Not Watching the Show, I don’t think I can give a fair answer to this question, but off of what I know, I’m going to say season 4. I think the storyline of an angel falling from heaven for the love of humanity (and one guy who kinda sucks) fucks severely, and I think the storyline of the second child restless child who always wanted to be holy and clean choosing to drink demon blood because she misses her brother and also wants to be kind and help people (every day I think about how you can just. exorcise demons. but Sam and Dean in the future just stab them and kill their vessels in the process) fucks severely, and I think the storyline of the best of those sons of bitches demon falling in love with someone she secretly worshipped as the savior of her people fucks severely, and in conclusion watch this Cas and Ruby “Running Up That Hill” fanvid
66. Who do you think is the strongest-willed character on the show?
This might just be my cas-coded casgirl bias showing, but I think it’s Cas. Thinking about him in Purgatory makes me insane. He left so the Leviathans wouldn’t hunt Dean. Dean told him he wasn’t leaving without him and Cas went “well I need Dean to escape, so clearly the next step is to pretend to go along with this up until the moment we get to the portal and then shove him.” And maybe that’s just a result of the soldier/angel “ends always justify the means” mindset he touches on in 9.11, but I’m still going to give him so much credit for it. He just wants to protect his family and he does whatever it takes to do that no matter what it takes to do that (even when those actions suck and I personally want to kill him about it. can you believe this man killed Billie twice. racism misogyny transphobia), and that’s strong-willed if I’ve ever seen it!

i know no one here has signed up for late hours megstiel posting (tagged #mc btw so like block that) but i would like to reiterate that they really really could have had the schitt's creek stevie/david s1 brief fling dynamic down to the "make out for the first time after smoking weed together. one of them is wearing a stupid hat and sunglasses," "conversation in the wine aisle about how meg thought cas was gay but actually he likes all wines" (a less transphobic version of that scene though), and the eventual end to the relationship to preserve their friendship

*banging on the door to the empty* hello? hello? mx superhell? yeah okay can you PLEASE tell me what “moment of true happiness” means like that’s soo vague what exactly was the contract being signed here. like what are you using to measure this? like at first i thought it was like “happiness untainted by negative feelings” so like as long as cas felt bad about the environmental destruction involved in factory farming he could still eat burgers and as long as he was still worried about dean’s nose he could still watch him hilariously trip and fall on his face, but that’s probably not it, right? because then you’d just need to make him laugh while he’s like tired or something so he’s not thinking about much else. so then i thought maybe it’d be based on level of happiness but how do you measure that? like, dopamine/serotonin levels? can you measure that with your magic superhell powers? what’s the cutoff you’re using here? and does that means if cas just like took some drugs you’d yoink him about it? if i got cas on ssris would you yoink him about it? and then there was a pre-despair fic i read where the author’s note said they were reading the deal as like a sustained happiness thing like you have to be overall content with your existence but clearly cas getting tentacled was for spur-of-the-moment joy and relief so that can’t be it either. so okay maybe it’s based on narrative momentousness, right, but then by whose measure? like what tv shows do you like mx empty? or are we going off of chuck’s taste? alternatively, is it based on cas’s own beliefs, like what he thinks a moment of pure happiness is? because honestly that one’s the most failproof to me, personally, but i wanna know what you think mx empty. i know we’re operating off of story logic here mx empty but i don’t WANT story logic i want a 10 page pdf with footnotes please help me out here
i love how many ships there are featuring murders, cannibals, supervillians, w/e that nevertheless fail to hold a problematic candle to house/wilson.
