Can you see two bright stars in the poster background? They are Altair & Vega. In a Chinese folklore tale, both stars represent a pair of lovers who were separated by tragic events. 

"The general tale is about a love story between Zhinu (the weaver girl, symbolizing Vega) and Niulang (the cowherd, symbolizing Altair). Their love was not allowed, thus they were banished to opposite sides of the Silver River (symbolizing the Milky Way). Casual reminder that this episode was about a girl’s flower being crushed and an apple that wasn’t what people were expecting.

And it was all about Negaishipping too :)

Yesssss, but any characters could have made me cackle by default, given how the episode was literally about a Pokémon snake leading to a female's (decorative) flower being shredded by a male, that a deceptive apple was involved, and that there were emotional flashback sequences of happy memories reminding of the idea of a Paradise lost after this <3 And then, Satoshi and Iris were just atrociously cute <3
