Announcing the Rusty Quill Big Bang 2021

The time to kick off this year’s Big Bang has come! If you’ve been waiting for the chance to take on an ambitious project or collaborate with other folks in the fandom, this event is for you.

Writer sign-ups open at the beginning of next week (May 10th), with artist sign-ups to come in July. Here is the full schedule for this year:

I had noticed a trend in some of Alex’s characters recently, and I just had to make a collection of what I had heard.

Warning: spoilers for MAG 186 and RQG 177. 

I’ve been listening to a lot of Rusty Quill Gaming and hear me out…. Martin as a GM is the same as Alex as a GM.

And yeah, sure, everyone expects Jon to get 20 on all his perception checks but he CONSTANTLY rolls really low and even though the beholding TELLS HIM EVERYTHING he is viciously against metagaming and plays cluelessness to a fault. 

I vaguely remember a Magnus Q&A session where Johnny and Alex discussed their D&D classes, but I didn’t double check anything and just went with my gut. (Basira is a Paladin, Daisy is a Barbarian, Melanie is a Rogue, Georgie is a Cleric and Jon is a Wizard.)

And Martin is out to cause psychological trauma through excellent storytelling. >:) 

okay hang on, i can explain this:

1. georgie canonically has dated jon and melanie

2. while we cannot 100% say for certain that this means georgie has a Type, she has at least twice dated people who can be described as passionate, driven, dedicated to a cause to the point of whoa buddy, quick tempered, and Really Short (thanks to @vastsexual for putting it so well)

3. thus we can conclude that georgie barker would swipe right on grizzop drik acht amsterdam, thank you
