Artist poco posted a quick comic about Satoshi following XY037 (the Mirror World episode), on their twitter! Pages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Satoshi is thinking about his mirror self, and ponders about his own past self and strength; how kids, when he was little, were rejecting him for "looking like a wimp" and telling him to play alone and being a crybaby. Pikachu checks on him, Satoshi answers that he is fine (~daijoubu~), and concludes with "I'm glad I became stronger." While having tears in his eyes. And looking at Pikachu. (So nakadamery/PikaShipping is his strength, PERFECT ;_;)

… Am I really the good person to ask this when I have a special tag for Satoshi……………….*cough* Well, a lot of fluffy fanworks I know happen to be shippy, but I don’t know what your ships are! :3 Mostly arts, and I am going to be so original, but:- cyaneko does G-rated cute cute arts, embellishing the anime style, focusing mostly on Satoshi, with various pairings (CaféMochaShipping, PalletShipping, PikaShipping, sometimes ComaShipping - or really Satoshi with anyone + gen with his Pokémon tho). Beware, however, that Dent is often a sly fox, and Pikachu a possessive boss with the boy -ame does mostly PalletShipping, really cute, tender arts in general. And SFW. I don’t have really much to say except “NNNNFFFFF” for a lot of their works, but I don’t see a general pattern except for “tender and sweet”. They also have a twitter gallery :3- teppo's works are mostly PokéShipping, CaféMochaShipping and BestWishesShipping (and also, ContestShipping) - REALLY tasty if you love the BWOT3 dynamic. Warm And Fuzzy Feelings that make you smile. (After a lot of drama and characters crying or angsting.)- poco does awesome and gorgeous arts, which sometimes get… sort of weird…, but still gorgeous anyway. Usually SFW, sometimes not, most of the time REALLY ERO-ERO AND SORTA INDECENT WITHOUT SHOWING SKIN (though skin does still show sometimes). PalletShipping, BestWishesShipping, CaféMochaShipping. Some AUs. An AKB48 parody. (YES PEOPLE. THAT WAS WHAT POCO ACTUALLY DID.) (Warning for obvious wota-baiting in the video and general indecency.)Go check their twitter gallery, too!- Feranelia on this site draws mostly (REALLY REALLY NICE AND SWEET AND ‘NNNNNNGGGGGGGG.’-WORTHY) PalletShipping - If you were looking for more gen-ish stuff, Satoshi and Hanako can cure any heartbreak.- Fic-wise, I am too braindead to thing of anything right now, but I will never stress enough how much In Ruins (PalletShipping) is worth the read - beautiful prose and imagery, really good literary techniques, controlled story-telling, a strong mastery of points of view, lots of really cute and precious moments. (ehjfehn but I still have a tab open to specifically speak about this.)- I am totally biased but… If you aren’t allergic to the idea of the Sanyou Trio being the Dark Trinity, azalee-calypso wrote a KiraShippy (Dent+N) text taking place during “Episode N”, N’s point of view, canon-compliant (except towards the end - the arc wasn’t over when she wrote it) and making a beautiful homage to the anime. Gen, but it’s also UnkNownShippy and BestWishesShippy :3I hope it helps you to heal your heart~
A really indecent package (FINALLY) came in the mail today: - Shinji x Orange Juice are Kirika's, AND I AM JELLY SHE HAS TWELVE PAGES OF FRIGGIN' POCO. (Also, Shigeru cameos at a few points by different artists, poco included arrrrrrrg.) - I COMPENSATE THAT JEALOUSY BY HAVING KIKA. We were discussing with Kirika about how, as respectively a (mainly) PalletShipper and a (mainly) ComaShipper, we were both fed up by Shinji/Shigeru taking the Agressive Bully Romantic(/Sexual) Rival role when PalletS/ComaS happens in a lot of fanworks... But here, it's actually (sort of) Shinji->Shigeru<-Satoshi with very serious (and sort of) convincing crack. Because of Pokémon battles. KIKA always makes everything better =D - Pokémon Mate, Touya/Touko/Cheren/N + N/Zorua + N/Hihidaruma + N/Reshiram notebooks! One of the sets is for Aza. I waaaaas actually pleasantly surprised: I thought the two visuals for each would be the front and back covers, but there is actually two notebooks in each block, youhou~! - I must confess that I was more interested in the "BEST WISHES! GOODIES" dimension than "N GOODIES" dimension (and still a little bitter that all those awesome things we got were for N and N only, while Satoshi, Iris and Dent should have deserved the same treatment ;_;), buuuut they're still really cool goodies. Stickers! Keychains! (One of them for Aza, again.) PENS (same)! Yes, there is N's golden silhouette decorating the pens ~ - Second set of Pikachu Ippai! I adored the first one, so I wanted to follow the releases for those cuties. More Pikachuuuuuus \o/ Can you guess what episode is referenced each time~? - Pokémon Mate rubber straps! Touko/Touya/Cheren are for Azalee because I already had those and was more interested in the elusive N to complete the set (I WANT THE HUMAN PROTAGS/RIVALS, ALL OF THEEEEEEEEEMMMMM.) (I'll see whether I try to sell the SubMas somewhere, they're always a nice touch but I am not the Biggest Fan of them.) - THIS DOUJIN. I had a doubt when I saw the cover, because it reminded me of some old pixiv arts (notably one were Gold visited Red making his own onsen in Mount Silver... front cover here, pixiv ID was apparently 7350811 but I don't know where the artist went since then...). AND I THINK I WAS RIGHT.
THIS DOUJIN IS ACTUALLY 130 PAGES LONG FILLED WITH ORIGINALSHIPPING (because of hat and clothes) but Red and Green are called 'Satoshi' and 'Shigeru' in it for some reason. Also, this fine damn hottie you see there who assaults Green at some point?
