Not sure if I'm totally reaching with this one, but... whenever yorishima is drawn with his lips closed, the single lines that midorikawa drew for them always seemed steady and sure to me; they're either relentlessly straight or meanly curved upwards for his natural rbf and his grumpy pout respectively. And yet, after the events in kusakabe's house with his daughters, this is the first time we see the single line for yorishima's closed lips waver, which now makes me wonder if it means anything at all?

Roughly-done manga and anime comparison for yorishima's debut! ✨️

#i am still here and thinking about yorishima's seiyuu... is it kazuhiko or maeno... they both can sound REALLY familiar 😭#LIKE. that's totally kazuhiko inoue's voice when he filled for that grandblue guy and kabu in pokemas. but that's also zhongli's maeno too?#i don't think i've seen one seiyuu voice *that* many characters in the same series before (excluding kenta miyake for his pokemon voices)#so i wonder if they (kazuhiko) can legally do that (voice up to 3 characters in the same series)? and what would that imply for the manga?#the logical choice would be maeno here since he hasn't had a role yet in natsuyuu... but kazuhiko as yorishima *is* crazy (and hot LMAO)#i'm fine getting either but i'm also anxiously waiting for next week like the rest of jp fandom on twt lmaooo 😭🤚 <- i have no life at all#yorishima#natsume yuujinchou

Collapsing to the floor once I learned that yorishima refers to kusakabe as his precious friend (大事な友人) in the jp raws. So much for "it wasn't a close relationship to say the least"... he's the grumpiest tsundere ojiisan ever 😭🤚
