I've been pretty happy with my outfits lately, and been able to get decent pictures of parts of them, so here’s me again, wearing a sweater, a long black skirt, a bunch of necklaces I’ve made, and a ruffly ribbon-lined belt-type thing.

The belt piece was a scrap my sister gave me from a discarded sewing project, she had unpicked a bit of the stitching but stopped and gave it to me. The piece sat in my fabric stash for quite a while, until I found it again, re-realized how pretty it is, sewed back the loose ribbon and started wearing it! :)

Some jewellery I made and crystals I got recently. ༶⋆˚₊·

I made a pendulum for Persephone with garnet chip beads, lava stones and a few coppery, warm-toned freshwater pearls I had leftover in my bead stash.

I also made a necklace with tiger’s eye beads (most are mismatched pebble shapes, some are heart-shaped) and a tiger’s eye star. I got a unakite moon and kambaba jasper star as well! <|:^D

Here’s the most recent necklaces in my collection, I made most of them. I used a lot of wooden beads on them as well.

There’s one with a tiger’s eye star, a coral fossil from my sibling (I think it’s horn coral), one with a moss agate heart (though the colours remind me more of lichen <|:-] ), a piece of quartz geode (also from my sibling), and I bought the final one, it’s two dried mushrooms and leaf fronds preserved in a resin heart <3

I’ve also made some chokers out of black safety pins, an old purse strap (with a metal heart charm) and a thrifted belt.

My necklace collection has grown quite a lot lately, here’s six that I made recently. I repainted some of my childhood dinosaur figures into more “realistic” earth tones and tied them onto cord.

I also made a macrame crystal holder necklace that the crystal be switched in and out of. I used a wooden bead that can slide up and down the string to keep the crystal secure.

Some newer necklaces and a couple bracelets that I’ve made recently, or that I haven’t shown before. I keep a lot of them on my altars as devotional pieces when I’m not wearing them.

In order of the photos, left to right, there is: a striped bracelet with moss agate beads (for Pan), a dragon’s blood jasper bracelet with deer antler charms (for Artemis), a fairy door locket, a hematite and tiger’s eye necklace (for Hermes), a green kyanite necklace (for Artemis as well), a blue goldstone necklace (for Nyx), a macrame unakite necklace (for Pan also), a green seaglass necklace (for Aphrodite) and a coffin locket with a skeleton inside >:] (for Hades).

I’d had this labradorite cabochon for quite a while, and now I’ve firgured out how to make it into a pendant. I strung it with some other small labradorite beads to make it into a necklace. The smaller labradorite pieces do have some small flashes on them, but they don’t show up very well on camera.

I’ve been doing a lot of things with beads lately, and I wanted to make something for my Hermes altar. So here’s a necklace I made, this one fits over my head too, so it’s actually wearable ʕ •ᴥ•ʔb⋆·₊˚☆

I used tiger’s eye beads, because I asscoiate it with luck and prosperity and Hermes is considered a bringer of good luck and fortune. I also made some of the tiger’s eye beads into the pupils of four eye charms with wire and string.

The eyes are meant to represent Argos, the many-eyed giant that Hermes slew. They also represent an epithet of Hermes I’ve read about that I really like, which is Euskopos (Ευσκοπος), meaning watchful or keen-sighted. (There are also so many other epithets of his that I like a lot, but this one was easier to represent in this project.)

I used some black agate beads too, mostly because I like how they brought some contrast to the whole look. The alternation actually kinda reminds me of the stripes of a bee, a very active and always-moving creature which reminds me of another one of his epithets, Poneomenos (Πονεομενος), which means busy one 。⋆·₊˚ᕕ( ─ v ─)ᕗ

I also incorporated the number four in this necklace as much as I could, since that’s a symbol if his as well. With four eyes in total and four smaller beads in between the bigger ones.

To finish it off and add more of a central point, I made a tassel out of black string, added some beads onto the top string and attatched it at the middle point with two eyes on each side.

I am very pleased with the overall look of this necklace, I’m epsecially happy with how the eyes turned out since they were kinda fiddly to make. I terms of shape and how I built the necklace, I kinda just went with what I felt like and didn’t really base it off of much else. But yeah, I really like how it turned out! <|:^)

Since I made a rosary-type thing for Hades not too long ago, I naturally wanted to make something beaded for Persephone as well.⚘.*❀*+゚˖⋆ I was finally struck with the inspiration recently and gathered the right beads and pieces to fit this project.

I used black pearls that have a lighter, more warm-toned tint to them, lava stone beads and some brecciated jasper beads, since the red colour they have in them reminds me of pomegranate seeds.・。・:・゚

For the charm on the end, I glued a black marble into an acorn cap and made it into a pendant. I know more autumn-related imagery isn’t typically associated with Persephone, being the goddess of spring and all, and the overall piece doesn’t look very spring-like, but I think of it as representing the time of year when she returns to the underworld with Hades in the fall⍋࿐༄࿔⍋

It took me a couple tries to figure out how I wanted to go about this piece, but I’m happy with the result I was able to achieve with what I had. This piece is much too small to actually wear, but will take its place right next to the one I made for Hades on my altar ❀⚘˚₊·⋆。

I got some black skull beads not too long ago and I wanted to save them for something special. The neckalce itself ended up not being wearable, it’s much too small, but it will make a nice altar piece in my opinion. I wanted to make kind of a witch’s rosary, so I based off of pictures of rosaries online and followed them as close as I could with what I had.

I used some black pearls I’ve already had for a while now and I ended up having just the perfect amount with a few leftover. It’s the same case with the skull beads, I had just a couple left after this project. For the end piece of the necklace (instead of a cross, obviously), I used an antique key from my collection, since keys are one of the symbols of Hades.

Here’s all my neckalces (plus two bracelets). I made all of them, or at least strung the objects on them. I don’t really wear the ones on the bottom picture, I use them more as decoration and hang them on some of my altars and stuff.

On the top picture, from left to right there is: two newer ammonite neckalces that I recently wire-wrapped, a lava rock hag stone charm I made with an old key, a piece of obsidian that I tied to string (my oldest neckalce here), an octopus locket that I had to replace the broken hinge on with a strip of fabric, an old signet ring from my grandfather that the initials have worn off of, a protection charm I made with a spell bottle and fossilized shark teeth, an acorn necklace made with an acorn cap and a marble and a section of an antique rosary that I restrung onto black string.

On the bottom picture from left to right there is: a long necklace made of black pearls, black jasper beads, lava rock beads with some chunky, black crystals, a necklace made from just black pearls (my oldest of the beaded necklaces), one made of mossy-looking dyed quartz beads and black jasper beads, a shorter necklace made of tiger’s eye and black jasper beads, two bracelets made of black agate and brecciated jasper beads, the horizonal-lying one is a choker made with black pearl, brecciated jasper and lava rock beads and the last one is made of some rounded and unrounded black jasper with lava rock beads and tassles I made with gathered string.
