"I am tired of shooting for the moon. I want things done that are practically."

Liberal say that in response to the radical demands of actual Leftists.

Liberals, is it shooting for the moon demanding a world where my friends never have to beg online in order to eat?

Because if the answer is "Yes," then Liberals are asking me to accept my friends will always beg online in order to eat and live. I have to "comprise" my values and "vote for the lesser of two evils."

"You have to vote for Biden."

Biden is Pro-Genocide.

"And Trump isn't."

And I guess Liberals don't believe there is a world where folks don't starve if they don't have the money. Or that demand is not "practical" in this system.

"I knew we were only get $1400."

My mood right now

I guess there will never be a time when my friends are not begging online in to just eat. And yet, Liberals thinks, "Some Leftists go to far to other way and want to destroy the system." Why should I be in favor of keeping a system in place that is starving my friends?

Latest Renegade Cut is pretty spot on. I meme about Fully Luxury Automatic Gay Space Anarcho-Communism and do dream of that future. But I do personally realize that we got to End Capitalism first before we worry about the technology of the future. And I feel we need to end the State before we can end Capitalism. Because while many different schools of thought of Socialism and Communism, including the seizing of State Power, I say dismantle the State and then dismantle Capitalism. It is a 170 year-long debate among Leftists. But what I hear from others, including my friends like Steve Shives, is that "Oh, you want Fully Luxury Automatic Gay Space Anarcho-Communism. Okay. Then you better get working on those replicators than." While Steve might have been tongue in cheek in his case, other Liberals do believe we got to wait for the super-advanced technology to happen between some of the major problems of society is fixed. But, they are Liberals. They rather see slow, gradual, incremental reform happen within the system instead of a complete overhaul. So moving the time to start the revolution until super-advanced technology comes around is just kicking the can down the road. Because, again, Liberals are uncomfortable with the idea of a future without the current system as it is. Or a system that seems so foreign and alien to them, because they have almost never engaged with Leftist thought or literature. But I agree with Renegade Cut on this stance; we will never get the Fully Luxury Automatic Communism future because the Big Tech Company will never allow Communism to happen. They benefit too much from the social-economical system that enriches them and keeps many many people poor. It is the poverty that keeps people working for Amazon in the warehouses at minimum wage while needing Food Stamps to feed themselves. Elon Musk also greatly discourages his workers from unionizing and had them go back to work in the Tesla factories while there is the Covid-19 pandemic. Both Lex Luthor/Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk want to go to space only because they are so rich they don't know how to spend their billions. Paying their workers more is not even enter into their thinking. Even though Nick Land thinks that if you just have Steve Jobs running the entire world as he ran Apple, I am not looking towards the big tech companies to bring us to Star Trek or Star Wars level of Communism. We can have Communism here now today if more of us have the will to end Capitalism.
