This year Ireland has the chance to repeal the constitution ban on abortion. In the medieval sources Saint Brigid helped rid a nun on an unwanted pregnancy in Kildare (it’s one of her miracles) so Ciara drew this and has this to say:
“ Thinking about tough women and pregnancy and Imbolc and a pagan-goddess-slash-Christian-saint helping with an abortion and our firey little country FINALLY getting a chance to RepealTheDamn8th”
