You gotta give credit to kaguya sama love is war for having one of the best portrayed kouhai - senpai relationships both with kaguya/ishigami and shirogane/iino. Like they support each other, there's no romantic feelings that complicate everything, it's just so wholesome.
Not to mention the dynamics? Both iino and ishigami are rejected by their peers while kaguya and shirogane are respected and admired so these younger kids having that support from someone so special, being noticed by the power couple of suchiin changes how other people see them bc if they have the student council seal of approvement other more superficial kids pick up on that and accept them a little more.
And it's not only Kaguya protecting Ishigami but it's reciprocated he wants to protect her too and cares about who she likes to make sure they're a nice person. And iino teases shirogane, something she would never do with another boy, showing she's comfortable and can be light hearted too.
Idk I just think the four of them have beautiful relationships
