Representation matters
god, your best warrior needs money
Since the original list I made was getting a bit too long and was a little difficult to maintain, I decided to convert it into a spreadsheet for a bit more convenience. If you happen to see this and have the means to, I encourage you to please donate to at least one of the campaigns below and, if you can, to possibly share this if you cannot donate. I will try my absolute best to update this spreadsheet every two weeks.
(I am well aware that this is a rather ugly spreadsheet, but I don’t necessarily have the time right now to make it pretty)
Every entry on the above spreadsheet belongs to someone who has personally reached out to me or whose behalf was reached out on via asks and DMs. Most of these fundraisers have been vetted by one or more reputable blogs on here or another trustworthy source, and those that have not been vetted show various signs of being potentially legitimate fundraisers.

I end up writing a lot of "loss of virginity" for JJK because of Yuuji's age—and the same applies to Satoru in role reversal fics. Even when I don't write the teenaged party as inexperienced, I tend to write a marked experience gap. It's not really a kink of mine, but *gestures* I love to lean full tilt into whatever tropes or dynamics my chosen ship(s) offer.
But, among all my JJK ships, chosoita is the only one that really sells the virginity kink to me, and that's because I so desperately want to see Yuuji taking the virginity of his 150-year-old brother who was a sentient foetus until very recently and is extremely unlearned in the matters of the flesh.
Just—Chōsō overwhelmed both physically and emotionally because it's not just that these are new, intense feelings but it's also his little brother touching him like that, loving him like that. You can't tell me it wouldn't fuck him up something sweet.
Rail your brother till he cries, Yuuji. You both deserve it.

So true
touch-starvation needs to be written with emphasis on the starving part. you are hungry to be touched. so hungry that even the very taste of it makes you nauseous. it has been long since anything has ever touched you, ever fed you - that your body has grown more used to that gnawing emptiness more than anything else. it's better for you to be held, to eat but it makes you sick to try. you know
at the funeral my 85 year old great-aunt asked to see a photo of my cat, and so I said “sure” and showed her this, and she just said “oh”, visibly struggled to follow that up with anything, and then walked away.
...again ? 😭

i wouldn't trust that from either outlet for completely different reasons
Do you trust NBC News?
THIS IS A CALL TO ACTION. Censorship affects all of us, and if Project 2025 gets its way, the entire trans publishing industry is at a significant risk of criminalization. In this article, I lay out the problem and the stakes, and suggest a broad action plan with dozens of potential response ✊
What I cover:
- Citations from P25
- Historical overview of American obscenity law as pertains to trans people
- Assessment of trans censorship in Nazi Germany
- Three core philosophies for resisting fascist censorship
- An action plan broken down by interest group (readers, authors, etc.)
I took absolutely no pleasure writing this article, but I have a lot of research around obscenity law and historical precedents for this that I know nobody else has access to, and getting the information out there is crucial right now 😔
The core thesis of this article - one that echoes much of the other advice that I’ve seen floating around leftist spheres over the past week - is that our best defense against this type of censorship is mass grassroots action. If every person who reads this picked five books they want to preserve and five people they want to share this with, it would have a much broader impact than if a singular group of readers attempts to document and archive the entire corpus.
A centralized preservation effort can do immense work, of course, but it won’t be accessible to the trans people who need to read trans books and see trans joy to survive whatever comes next.
hi any life advice for 21yo
- Don't date thirty-year-olds until you are at least 25.
- Having a glass of water for every glass of alcohol will give you a 50% reduction in hangover viciousness.
- Bad people will use your willingness to be quiet as a weapon against you. If someone's being awful to you and trusting you'll be quiet to keep from making waves, surprise them.
- There is no physical object in the world that is worth as much as your honor.
- Honor is not the same as dignity. Retaining one sometimes means leaving the other aside.
- Don't have any sex you don't want to have; have as much as you want of the sex that you do, whether that's a lot, a little, or none at all. Nothing you can do to your own body is immoral, unless you're doing it as an act of self-punishment.
- Food is morally neutral. You do not have to earn the right to eat calories. Fat and sugar keep your brain from eating itself.
- Learning to sit still and breathe--in, in, in, hold, hold, hold, out, out, out, out, out, out--can give you five feet of clear space around yourself in a maelstrom.
- Find out how to make three good meals: A comfort meal you can make for just yourself relatively easily, a fancy meal you can use to wow a date, and a meal you can feed a bunch of people. All the other cooking can come later, but you can build a community on those three meals.
- If you ever get to the point that things are so bleak you can see no other way forward but to die, make any other choice. If that means leaving everything you own and being a beach bum, or quitting your career, or taking up or leaving a religion, or deciding to bicycle across the country, so be it; living means more chances, dying means everything stops and you don't get to see any more interesting things. As you have not yet seen all the things that can interest you, it is better to live.
the little feet sticking out at the back is really making this a spiritual experience.
cannot stop thinking about this tweet… AUGH 😭
