I finished this portrait of Papa Midnite a while ago, and I’ve been playing around with some colors today. I can’t decide which I like better, so here are both. I really love Michael James Shaw’s character and think he was as perfectly cast as Matt Ryan, and it’s going to break my heart for approximately the next thousand years that Constantine simply didn’t have the atmosphere it needed to carry itself despite its amazing casting. Warren Ellis is on absolute top form. #2 Dangerous Habits Issues 41 – 46 Parts of this were used for the Constantine film (which might i say i do enjoy). Constantine is at his conman best in this. #3 Newcastle Issue 11 I live here =0 Anyways. Bad shit happens in my home town and JC is at the centre of it. #4 Hellblazer: All His Engines Graphic novel. JC heads off to LA to help out his friend Chas. #5 Hard Time Issues 146-150 Constantine gets sent to a tough prison and uses all of his skills and knowledge to stay alive. While annoying everyone. #6 Family Man Issues 23-24, 28-33 There’s a psychotic sadistic serial killer out there and JC gets involved. #7 Original Sins Issues 1-9 one shots dealing with m,any different things #8 Hold me Issue 27 A one shot by none other than Neil Gaiman BUT if you don’t wanna take my word for it then here is what other people recommend One and Two and Three
