I write to you today with a broken heart, not just as a victim but as a person seeking hope amidst the tragedy. I am 30 years old, and everything I owned was shattered in an instant. In the midst of this blind war, I lost part of my body when my left leg was amputated at the Baptist Hospital, and I lost my dear brother, who was martyred. My late brother had two children who are now orphans, and we are striving to support them in these difficult times. Everything I had—my home, my small business, and my car—has been completely destroyed. My parents are in unimaginable shock, while my older brother suffers from an injury to his foot.

We are struggling to turn this ordeal into a new beginning, and despite the pain and wounds, hope still beats within us. I kindly ask each of you to donate a modest amount of $20. Your contribution will greatly help in rebuilding what has been lost and restoring our dignity and lives, as well as supporting the orphaned children.
