Miraxus Manga Moments
I have decided to compile together together a list of moments/scenes with Laxus Dreyar, Mirajane Strauss and Miraxus throughout the manga of Fairy Tail as a reference to my lovely followers and many more miraxus fans. It’ll take some time to compile all of their moments, as there are many throughout the manga, so for now, here are all the Miraxus moments we’ve received so far. All sources are from: http://www.mangapark.com. This post will be updated in time as they have more moments in the manga. (After I’ve found all Mirajane and Laxus moments seperately, I’ll post an official Master List of all of their moments, as separate characters as well.)
List of Miraxus moments throughout the manga:
FT Vol 4: Chapter 25 (Page 6/7/8): Mirajane has just found out that one of the job requests specifically made for S-Class Mages is missing from the second floor and tells Master Makarov. Laxus speaks up by saying that he saw a cat, who happened to be Happy, stealing one of the job requests yesterday and suggests to Makarov that they get expelled from the guild. Mirajane asks Laxus why he never tried to stop him. Laxus tries to cover up the fact that he knew it was Happy, by saying he thought it was only a thieving cat stealing a paper. Mirajane then glares angrily at him, and Laxus says it’s been a while since he’s seen that side of her.
FT Vol 7: Chapter 51 (Page 11/12/13): Mirajane asks Laxus for his help and tells him to come back when Fairy Tail is under attack from Phantom Lord. She tells him he is their only hope, as Master is injured, and Mistgun, according to Cana, is nowhere to be found. Laxus tells her it doesn’t concern him and that she should take care of it herself. Mirajane tells him Lucy, their comrade, is being targeted, to which Laxus tells her only if Lucy becomes his woman and Makarov gives up his title as Master, he’ll help them. Laxus continues to aggravate them, by suggesting Cana strip for him, causing Mirajane to break the crystal ball she is using to contact him. Mirajane cries, wondering how such a person can really be a member of Fairy Tail.
FT Vol 9: Chapter 69 (Page 11): After the incident with Phantom Lord, Laxus starts trouble with his guild again by saying Fairy Tail does not need weak members. He continues to call certain member weak, and when he targets Lucy, Mirajane steps in and states that the matter is over, and does not need to add fuel to the fire, as he did not participate in the fight.
FT Vol 13: Chapter 106 (Page 16): As Mirajane and Master Makarov discuss plans for the Fantasia Festival, Mirajane hopes Laxus would join them too. Makarov tells her not to talk to him about Laxus, however she mentions that he is back in town at the very moment.
FT Vol 31: Chapter 279 (Page 22): After Mirajane wins her battle against Jenny in the Grand Magic Games, Laxus reminds the others on his team that Mirajane is not someone you want to make angry.
FT Vol 33: Chapter 286 (Page 15/20/): Mirajane cheers Laxus on before his battle against Alexei in the Grand Magic Games. She is surprised to see when he gets hurt so easily.
FT Chapter 358 (Page 21/25): Mirajane is distraught with the news when she hears that Laxus’ life is in critical danger after he consumes the poison from Tempesta’s explosion.
FT Chapter 359 (Page 15): Mirajane looks over worriedly at the injured Laxus in the Fairy Tail infirmary. She assures him he’ll get better, and that he should just rest for now.
Indirect Moments [And Theories]:
May well be foreshadowing the events following with Laxus, as he was exiled from the guild by Makarov, which caused him to have to travel on his own, but in return, he became a much kinder person.

-> Laxus and Mira moments are connected
Though, of course, it could only be because Mashima did not want Mirajane revealed as an S-Class Mage yet, in order to keep Mirajane’s secret concealed.
Again, to keep her secret hidden to be revealed until later.
At first, I thought it looked like one of the reasons Laxus was being a pompous jerk was because he wanted to impress Mira or something. But then, I thought…why would that impress her? There are just way too many possibilities for an explanation to their interactions during their earlier scenes, especially this one.
a) He wanted to impress her, but failed
b) He wanted to bring out “that” side of her, and succeeded
c) He was just being a jerk as usual, but got a good kick out of it with Mirajane
d) He takes every moment he has to provoke Mirajane just to see “that” side of her…possibly as a reminder of how strong she is and that he’d definitely want her in his “future” guild (Like, he probably had it already planned); almost as if he’s testing her
(Also, the fact that Mira goes to Laxus for help…why not have anyone else ask him) So…I guess he just really wanted to see that power or something. I dunno. Most important to note: the fact that Laxus could get her so angry and to see “that” side of her made Laxus happy.
Ironically, now, we have Laxus saying Mira is NOT someone you want to make angry because of that very same power. So, rather than exploiting it for his own fun/gain/pleasure, he’s acknowledging it with respect. Much wiser choice, Laxus.
Mirajane is the first and only guild member who introduces Laxus as Makarov’s grandson.
Mira knowing Laxus wouldn’t be exiled for long.
Laxus teases Lisanna like a little sister.
[9] Strauss and Raijinshuu are always together
Mashima never had Laxus and Mirajane standing beside each other much before. It was always Mira with her siblings, and Laxus with the Raijinshuu.
Even though the Strauss siblings (mainly Lisanna) were always seen with the Laxus and the Raijinshuu most times anyway.
Now, ever since the GMG Arc, he has them (Mira/Laxus) standing by each other whenever we see them. Which brings me to…
