While the first two issues of the new Miracleman series from Marvel have reprinted — actually, “remastered,” according to Marvel — old material from the original Eclipse Comics series, it’s issue #3 where readers can finally see the story continued with new material. Marvel has revealed the cover for that issue by series artist Mark Buckingham.
Out this week: Miracleman: The Golden Age (Marvel, $19.99):
To go along with the release of Miracleman: The Silver Age this week, Marvel collects the prior story by Neil Gaiman and Mark Buckingham that, naturally, was titled “The Golden Age.”
The story originally published by Eclipse some 30 years ago will finally be concluded.
The long wait is over: Miracleman: The Silver Age #1 arrives this week.
The one-shot anthology includes stories by Jason Aaron, Leinil Francis Yu, Ty Templeton, Ryan Stegman, Peach Momoko and more.
