Out this week: Suicide Squad: Blaze #1 (DC, $6.99)
Writer Simon Spurrier and artists Aaron Campbell and Jordie Bellaire team the Suicide Squad — Harley Quinn, King Shark, Captain Boomerang and Peacemaker — with five inmates given extraordinary powers that will eventually kill them in this new Black Label miniseries.
Coming out this Friday on digital is Suicide Squad: King Shark by Tim Seeley and Scott Kolins. If it sounds familiar, you might remember that it is the lead story in one of DC’s Free Comic Book Day offerings for this year. It looks like they’re also making it available on digital for a couple bucks, and it’ll be available the same day the new Suicide Squad film opens. You can find King Shark on comiXology.
