Geoff Johns’ “The New Golden Age” line will continue in October with miniseries focused on three of DC’s Golden Age heroes: Alan Scott: The Green Lantern by Tim Sheridan and Cian Tormey, Jay Garrick: The Flash by Jeremy Adams and Diego Olortegui, and Wesley Dodds: The Sandman by Robert Venditti and Riley Rossmo.
The Flash miniseries will feature his reunion with his long-lost daughter, Judy, who “reappeared” in the recent Stargirl title.:
Jeremy Adams (The Flash) and Diego Olortegui (Aquaman: The Becoming) are teaming up for Jay Garrick: The Flash. It’s hard being a parent, especially when your kid is a speedster! Jay Garrick has been reunited with his long lost daughter, Judy, but figuring out how to connect with her is proving to be difficult. They’ll need to work to find common ground when a mission that started in Jay’s early days as the Flash comes roaring to today. DC’s Aqualad — and future Aquaman — takes the spotlight in a new miniseries that kicks off in September called Aquaman: The Becoming. DC has released a preview of the first issue by writer Brandon Thomas and artists Diego Olortegui, Wade von Grawbadger, Scott Koblish, Skylar Patridge and Adriano Lucas.
The second Aqualad will get a six-issue miniseries starting in September.
