i wanted to make a minecraft skin based on like... what if through tremendous effort endermites can parasitically take over endermens bodies to form some kind of monstrous entity and thats why endermen kill them on sight, though its very very rare that one manages to completely take control like that because endermen are much stronger than them. i wanted to go for something cool but i just ended up making a funny looking dog instead i think. the ‘nose’ is actually the endermites eye and the ‘ears’ are winglike growths (*normal mites dont have wings but i wanted an excuse). i guess this would be like lycanthropy for endermen

i think it would be cool if butterflies spawned in flower forests and maybe far less commonly in some other places... you could put them in a “jar” by right clicking on them with an empty glass bottle (the same way it works with fish and buckets), and if you stand still for a while they might start landing on you. some mobs like baby villagers might follow them around for a bit. when it rains they tuck themselves into crevices or under other blocks and stay stationary until the rain ends, and then they reemerge. maybe for a more practical use theyd have a small chance of actually generating a duplicate flower of an existing flower on the ground within a certain radius of the parent flower, as long as theres space for them and its a dirt block, but probably very very slowly and only in currently loaded chunks so it doesnt spread too far out of control

i have a pair of villagers living up the bridge from my house that i used to think of in my head as a lesbian couple just for kicks even though they didnt really interact with each other much, but for some reason since the update (probably related to the way the new villager breeding mechanic works) all they do all day now is stand next to each other and emit hearts.. gay rights, i think

one of my basement chickens somehow managed to get up 3 stories worth of ladders even though as far as i know chickens can only climb ladders by accident (they go up if they walk straight forward)
