I had to clean throw up at work. how was ur day?

talking to my therapist 12 hours ago and i felt fine. then my mental decided to take a 180. and it's like that voice in my head reminding me of everything - im burned out, unmotivated by academia, stuck at a dead-end retail job for 5 years, such a huge failure to my parents, lonely and broken because im almost 30 years old and it's such a huge red flag that ive never been in a relationship before, mostly because in the past i had such harsh social anxiety (which i have just recently started getting over) and never felt comfortable enough around any girl to risk rejection. i feel like such a warped human.
