Friendly reminder that Hamilton is a phenomenal and groundbreaking show, but is not the end all be all of diversity in theatre. Shuffle Along, On Your Feet!, The Color Purple, Allegiance, etc. are all incredible shows with all-PoC or most-PoC casts. Congratulations to Lin and the company of Hamilton, but don’t be disrespectful to other shows to make it look better.

Look, all I know is Glee went off the air and less than a year later Donald Trump is on the verge of taking over the country. Correlation is not causation, blah blah blah, but clearly the easiest way to bring our nation back from the brink is to revive Glee immediately.
