Synopsis:

Jay is Carlos’s associate (the person Carlos’s clients go through to arrange business) and a talented thief. Mainly known by his code name: ‘Shadow’ he helps Carlos steal various items or track down people for their clients. 

Jay hates the way people from the Isle are treated like a disease as if they were born evil, when in fact it was the place where they grew up that had an influence on their morals. He has a strong hatred for the government and at times when he’s feeling up to it he would steal important items from government officials just to get back at them (Carlos keeps advising him not to do so or else they could track the items back to them). 

At times when he walks through the city on the way to the underground hideout, where him and Carlos live, he often sees small protest gatherings. They protest about a world where there are no leaders and how they should be free to do whatever they please. This influenced Jay’s personality dramatically, he would steal whatever he felt like without thinking about the consequences and he began having a darker view of the world. This drew him to a organization that actually planned to get rid of the government and leadership roles... permanently.

Rock Star AU

Synopsis: Jay joins a rock band and him and Carlos have to deal with the struggle of long distance. It was hard work but Jay loved performing with his band even if it was in front of a few people. However, he never forgot Carlos. The band finally got their big break and rose in popularity. Fame got to his head and he started calling Carlos less and less, there were times when he would ignore his messages/calls. The band started to get influenced by the wrong people which introduced them to a bad lifestyle full of sex, drugs and criminal activity. How will this affect Jay and Carlos's relationship?

Secret Lovers AU

I feel like it’s been ages since I gave you guys some Jaylos content 😅😭 I apologize😭 In this AU Jay is in a relationship with Lonnie but is in a secret relationship with Carlos. Lonnie starts to get suspicious and he has to make a decision. I think I might make a couple of scenes based on this 👀🤔

Red Is My Heart

The hall was dark and silent. Uma’s breath was hard and heavy. The outburst of emotion that had occurred a few seconds ago made everyone feel uneasy. Harry caressed Uma’s hand, whispering words of comfort into her ear, he knew how she felt about these people. Living their luxurious lives, stuffing their faces with food while people on the Isle had to search for scraps on the streets. They didn’t know what it felt like to starve, to be homeless and to be unwanted by their own parents. All they knew was splendor. 

All eyes were on her. Some of them looked at her with disgust others with sympathy. Uma didn’t care; her focus was on Mal. They stared at each other from across the hall, the hatred for one another was mutual. Why Ben thought being in the same room with her was a good idea? She never understood. 

Suddenly, the servants entered the hall, they relighted the candles and closed the windows cutting the tension from the air. 

“Ah, thank you.”  Belle said awkwardly. Ben could tell that she still trying to recover from the incident that just happened. The servants left and they were alone, again. Belle looked towards Merida, her fiery hair dancing with the candle light.

“We humbly apologize, Merida. Our guest isn’t used to common courtesy.”  Uma smirked.

“No, It’s alright.” Her Scottish accent was strong. Merida looked at Uma. “Yer, a very opinionated lass amen’t ye? Uma looked at her confused but after Harry’s translation she nodded.

“How ‘bout a wee song to change the mood?” Merida requested. Belle was delighted by the notion. She encouraged her to take a seat by the harp next to the fireplace. 

Merida gently plucked her fingers across the strings creating a soft sad melody. She began:

I'd a pluck a fair rose for my love I'd a pluck a red rose blowin' Love's in my heart, I'm tryin' so to prove What your heart's knowin' I'd a pluck a finger on a thorn I'd a pluck a finger bleedin' Red is my heart, wounded and forlorn And your heart needin' I'd a hold a finger to my tongue I'd a hold a finger waitin' My heart is sore, until it’s joins in song With your heart matin'

Merida stopped singing for a moment and continued playing the sorrowful melody.

Harry began to think of Uma and how much he loved her, he wondered if his undying love for her was mutual. However, it was hard to know with her, she always kept her deepest feelings bottled away. Maybe she will always see him as her first mate...

Uma didn’t know why but all the anger she felt a few minutes ago was now replaced with sadness. She looked at Harry who was sitting in front of her - her hand combing through his hair. She loved him, but she was scared to tell him. Why? She didn’t really know. Maybe it was the fear of commitment or the fear of losing him... She will never know.

Ben and Mal looked at each other as if a sudden emotion was felt between them. Happiness. Ben reached for her hand and kissed it softly, Mal smiled brightly, a tear rolled down her cheek. She was blessed to have someone who loved her and accepted her for who she was.

Jay was confused. He wasn’t the romantic type so usual songs or notions like this would brush right past him. However, tonight was different, he felt his heart pounding. He scanned around the room to see if anyone else was experiencing the same thing. His eyes locked on Carlos. The pounding increased. Jay clenched his chest, trying to calm his heart but the heart yearns for what it wants. He looked back at Carlos and this time, Carlos was looking back at him.

Evie face was wet with tears, she grabbed tissues from her pocket and softly patted her face, trying not to remove her make up. She yearned to be loved. She wanted what the fairy tales sung about, a happily ever after with her prince charming. 

Merida’s voices echoed the hall once more

Editor’s Note: I have never wrote fan fiction before and I probably won’t again. This is probably unreadable because I’m so bad at writing stories but I couldn’t just convey this concept with photos. I wanted to write a short scenario so that you guys could understand this AU more. Hope you guys like it :)
