Winter moodboard: rose n'roses by dior, lacy black tops under fluffy pink sweaters, gratitude journaling on misty mornings, cashmere scarves, matcha lattes, yoga and harp music in the evenings, YSL lip tint, prosecco and rose salt baths, black faux furcoat, gua sha massages.
POV: you’re sipping on your matcha latte as your desk is set, laptop open to your coursework or study material. You’ve freshly showered and lotioned up, your hair is neatly wrapped up in a towel. Your hydrogel eyemasks are on, cool from a few minutes in the fridge, and you’ve applied detoxing claymask over the rest of your face. It’s time to get business done. You’re committed and ambitious, and you love achieving all your goals. Being disciplined is so easy, because you make it fun and luxurious. You’re doing this for you.
Eating healthy, selfcare, skincare, and looking like a princess 🤍
My favorite and most efficient technique to manifest lately is using the Notes app.
Creating a new Note each month starting with the Full Moon, and listing all the things I want to manifest for the next 30 days. I find that working with the lunar cycle is the most efficient. I like to add photos and emojis for each item in the list, to help with visualization and further imprint those experiences into my consciousness, into my reality. The rest is history: you can open up your monthly visionboard every day whenever you're drinking a cup of tea, sitting idly on your balcony, or taking a coffee break. All that focus, all that meditation and visualization adds up.
This way I can get a bigger picture of that month, while also being able to dive into the details. Previously I was focusing on year-long manifesting and, no wonder, many energiess and goals can get lost along the way.
But by working with the potent energy of the Full Moon, and the 30-day timeframe of the lunar cycle, you can channel your energy in the most effective way, and tackle next month right away any goals that might've slipped your focus.
Babygirl your visionboard is crystal clear but are you making space for your goals? Are you saying no to exes and situationships that do you no good? Are you getting rid of any unhealthy snacks & icecream in your home? Are you deleting all social media app from your phone to avoid distractions? Are you fishing your athleticwear out of the back of your closet to start attending gym? It starts with the first step, and that is by making space.
New Moon. The perfect time to make new plans, new goals, new visions for yourself. It's all about setting new intentions; actions come later. After your home is clean and tidy, light some incense, a candle, and write three goals to accomplish for the upcoming lunar month (21 days). Hold the list in your hand, ask the universe to help you manifest those goals in a way that blesses all those involved, and hide it away until it manifests. Visualization is very powerful for this period so daydream away darlings to your heart's wishes.
One day you’re visualizing your dreamlife, another day you’ll be living it. The you from that bright, amazing future? She’s you, and she’s counting on you. Don’t give up on her.
✨ How to use your visionboard effectively ✨
Your visionboard (moodboard, dreamboard) is most powerful when you expose yourself to it daily. If you only have a folder lying around or go on WeHeartIt once every few weeks/months for inspiring content, you may not get much of it as your visionboard is not on your thoughts often enough to influence your daily experiences.
The more often you see your visionboard, the more it will inspire you, realign your thinking, reshift your focus and priorities, motivate you, realign your vibration to the level of your ideal lifestyle, career, etc. Here are the most effective ways in my experience:
- set your laptop/MAC’s screensaver to a folder filled with your most inspiring photos that emulate the lifestyle, career and relationships you desire
- curate a Tumblr archive day by day with content that inspires you, and only follow blogs that maintain the energy you want to resonate with; this applies to any other social media
- print out your top 10-20 photos that best capture your dream goals, then hang them on top of your headboard so you see them every morning and night when your mind is in its most receptive state
- update your phone or other devices’ wallpapers and screensavers for added effect

It’s Sunday on an early summer noon, and the sunlight washes my home in ethereal golden light. I can feel the sunlight warming my skin and my heart. A day with no worries, no rushing, no deadlines. There is no to do list, nothing urgent to attend to. A carefree, gentle Sunday. Soothing piano notes echo through each room, mingling with the birdsong coming from the rosegarden outside my bedroom. I can do anything I want. I’ve made it; all my greatest goals have been accomplished, and I am living the life I’ve always wanted, and now I can relax. I can sit in the shade of my apple tree in my pearl-pink satin robe, with a book or a drawing pad in my lap, and doze off in total pleasure of the moment, letting the heat sink into my pores, and the lulling buzz of honeybees to accompany my daydreams. My heart is so very full and overflowing with gratitude, with peace. This is exactly where I’m supposed to be, and it’s heavenly.
