Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the whole point of Netflix originals is to give people an incentive to sub to Netflix to watch a particular show or movie that they can’t watch anywhere else?

What is even the point of labeling something a “Netflix original” if it’s just going to get removed from the service regardless?

Yes, I am aware of the fact that Dreamworks owns the rights to Voltron, but it still doesn’t make any sense to remove the series from Netflix when it has been an “original” for eight years now.

If the Netflix exclusivity deal wasn’t a permanent thing, then they should have been upfront about that.

Anyway, keep buying physical media and keep pirating everything that never got released on DVD/Blu Ray.

"How was your summer break?" She asked.

"It was fun, to be honest. I visited some family out in the country, and I was going to spend some time with Daisuke, but he was busy with club football, but at least I got to spend time with the others. What about you, Mimi?"

"I'm glad you had a good time. Did you used to be on your schools football team? No practice over the summer for you?" She asked curiously.

"I had a good time, I visited my friends in New York for most of it and visited family here the rest of the time," she explained.

"I was, but I decided to focus more on my studies. I felt compelled to do so, Mimi."

"There is nothing wrong with that, just don't forget to do it for the fun of it, being active and taking breaks is important too," she smiled.

"Welcome back on board the TARDIS," he told her, a big smile on his face. She had been in New York all summer and while the Doctor had offered to pick her up and take her places, she had been too focused on her travels to take him up on the offer. "All of time and space, where would you like to visit first? How was your trip?"

Palmon hopped onto her shoulders and the two hummed together in thought about where they would want to go.

"Hm, I'm not sure right now," she replied.

"But we did have a good trip back to New York, it was nice seeing my friends there but I'm glad to be back," Mimi added.

The Doctor thought for a moment. "I know a few places," he told her, "The questions is, which sounds more interesting to you? Finding the treasure on a deserted island, hidden by pirates, or visiting the wild west and seeing some cowboys?"

"Hm those both sound interesting," she hummed in thought, "how about we start with the treasure?"

Mimi wasn't sure how things would go with the wild west so she felt the deserted island would be the safer bet to start off with in returning to these kinds of adventures.
