KO Gym
Old style Gym, based very loosely on Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn. Built on 17 South Side Street in Boroughsburg. There’s an unattended crèche to leave your children and the childish in, just lock the gate if you want them to stay put! A room set up for yoga (you should really get the Yoga Rug Mod at MTS and check out @mspoodle1 yoga goodies) or whatever else you can think of. A martial Arts room, a boxing ring and a spa room. Change it how you like, there are some fantastic sports set out there, I will use the spa room for the store sauna set and have the massage table in the boxing area, let your imagination run wild 😎

That gorgeous place is @simsmidgen CRAPPY BROOKLYN CARRIAGE HOUSE . The house is simply amazing and breathtaking and carries so much character. And this is only the first floor. I’m more than eager to show you the upper ones, where the bedrooms are which will probably happen on Blogger I’m sure you can all guess why *smirks*

Onemore Apartment
Built for a photographer sim, a three story townhouse with a darkroom, gallery and a small area for portrait sittings, as seen in the 3rd pic.
There’s a pizza shop on the ground floor where I have used 2 of EA’s pizza ovens. If you don’t have them the game will replace them with 2 ovens. I used a couple of items from Showtime and Generations otherwise you’ll need WA, LN, AMB, UL and IP. I used a little Boroughsburg content, which will only show if you have it installed, otherwise it’s CC and CAP free.

Pimp My Hide is built in Boroughsburg on the Lot marked Scrapyard at 5 Gowanus Avenue. It’s a combination lot that comprises a Beauty Salon, Tattoo Parlour, Junkyard and a deco petrol station. EP’s used are WA, LN, AMB, UL and IP, with one item from Fast Lane SP, the petrol pumps, and one from Seasons, Snow Cone Maker. Both of which are not essential, except maybe the petrol pumps, but there are several good cc pumps out there. Some Boroughsburg cc was used, which will only show up if you have it installed, otherwise it’s CC and CAP Free.

New Lot I have made in Boroughsburg. Currently testing and will be available soon. It’s a combined lot with a Tattoo Parlour, Beauty Salon, Petrol Station and a Junkyard, of course!

Crappy Junk Yard House
Not initially intending to share this one, here it is by request. I slimmed it down as much as I was happy to. Everything you need comes with the lot. There is a large empty basement/underground room, not pictured, because it’s empty.
30x20 Lot place it where it will look particularly crappy
I used Ambitions, Pets (important if you want the barn door), Late Night, WA, Generations, Island Paradise, Supernatural and Uni Life. Only the odd item from each EP and what you don’t have the game will replace it with something else that’s ugly, so just make it over how you like. I did use one store item, the “Dead Hedge” that comes with The Now & Then Century Manor set. This is one item that I just love and I haven’t found a suitable replacement, so it stays, but you may get a fence in it’s place. Just hammer anything offending away! I use a default replacement for graffiti, found here. If you don’t have it then you will just get the usual Uni Life graffiti, provided you have Uni Life. If I missed something, let me know. Enjoy.

The Docks - Dance Club
A less crappier than usual dance club, yeah, sorry about that. Do what you like with it. There is a large area above the club that could be used as an apartment/s. Boroughsburg could use a dance club and what a perfect crappy location for it right on the water front. CC FREE.

You will need Late Night, Uni Life, Showtime and Supernatural if you want it to look remotely similar. Enjoy.
Badford Building
Four floors of ordinariness for you to do what you like with. I have placed walls and furnished the lower two floors as a guide, but as it’s all CC FREE I expect you will want to add your personal touch. I have used markers, to keep the price low. Remove them if you like and make the whole lot one enormous mansion, knock yourself out.
15 x 25 lot Built in Boroughsburg at 2 - 63 Badford Ave
No patterns used and you will need Ambitions for the windows. I have used most EP’s to furnish it, no store, but what you don’t have will be replaced.
