I know I started nursing school a week and a half ago but y’all I am SO excited to officially graduate from my beloved alma mater tomorrow! I am so incredibly happy.
Went out with one of my best friends at sunset yesterday evening for a spontaneous photoshoot. It was so much fun to be behind the lens again. :)

Thank you, dear! :) I was accepted in early October to an Accelerated BSN + MSN program, where I will be working towards becoming a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. I graduate at the end of May with my B.A. in Psychology, but because my nursing program starts in the middle of May, I’m getting ready to make the transition now. It was so fun looking at apartments, purchasing my scrubs (which are off to get monogrammed), and scouting out local coffee shops! Wonderful things await, and I wish you all the best on your own journey! :)
My heart skipped all kinds of beats buying my first pair of scrubs. My dad said he could hear me giggling inside the dressing room (little does he know I was also bouncing around to Shut Up And Dance). Be still my heart, I’m going to nursing school y'all! 😍
My hair smells like coffee and if that doesn't prove that I've been studying hard for finals then I don't know what will tbh

Just when I needed the extra motivation boost, I received an email stating that the status of my application had been updated-- I stopped reading the letter after "congratulations" and immediately got my parents on the phone. Y'all I'VE BEEN ACCEPTED TO MY TOP CHOICE GRADUATE SCHOOL PROGRAM! I'm on my way to becoming a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner-- is this real life?!? :')
I got 99 problems but school ain't on- who am I kidding, school is every single one of 'em.
