Just A Simple Lounge

@simplegenius042

Hello Readers, I'm just a Simple Genius. How does one do a description? The basics seem to be a good start. I am Asexual. Will be using she/her pronouns from now on. I enjoy most media with a good and entertaining story with well-developed characters. I am a Fanfic Writer, and while my stuff is starting out pretty tame so far, I am putting a "Minors Do Not Interact" label for most of the work will likely be for 18+ readers as my fics grow. Lastly a tea and cake lover. And I'm pretty sure that's it. This Lounge is where I reblog and post stuff. Blogs for my main stuff is on the pinned post below. Cherrio, readers.

Specifically; a WIP for Jurassic World: Before The Storm and The True Sinners, and a Last Line for two Classroom Of The Elite fics and Silva's Hope and No Snake, Only A Boa In The Garden. WIP Poll Game

Rules: Make a 24-hour poll with the names of your wips, let it run, then write one sentence for every vote the winner received

Just putting down a few I have from both The UnTitledverse, Far Cry The Silver Chronicles and Life, Despair & Monsters:

Alright from what I could calculate, here's how many lines I have to write for each vote below (and I apologise but I am going to do a little bit of gushing):

First Place aka the Winner - You're Almost Like Family, an FC5 WIP where the Seeds are stuck in a Groundhog "Day"/"Palm Springs"/time loop during the Reaping and inconveniently tied to my deputy OC, Silva Omar, who pretty much takes the role of Rita in which I mean she's not a love interest per say but someone who's not part of the "in the loop" club and unknowingly witnesses this family's deaths multiple times (or is herself killed by them) -> FOUR VOTES/SENTENCES.

Second place - No Snake, Only A Boa In The Garden, another FC5 WIP of mine (though a lot less lighter and more serious than the above; all hurt with comfort that comes way, way later and almost too late), that does a deep nose-dive focus on the themes of "Adam and Eve", "Lillith", "the Garden of Eden", "the Snake", etc, etc, that whole schtick and does a little divergence on how it is the foundations of the twisted ideals that the Congregation of Omar's Guard, the cult Silva originated from, stands on. It also includes Silva's relationship with her father, as well as with Paul (who she considered her padre), and how history seems to be repeating itself now that she's dealing with Eden's Gate in the present (there's more things that I'll talk about some other time) -> TWO VOTES/SENTENCES.

Third & Fourth place ties - Jurassic World: Before The Storm, a Jurassic World fanfic (I have chapter one out on here, AO3, fanfiction.net and Wattpad because I'm a freak) set in The UnTitledverse where siblings (both humans and dinosaurs alike) try to be functional in a dinosaur park that is definitely not going to be sabotaged, and The True Sinners, another FC5 WIP that acts as a little alternative scenario in which case Silva doesn't join the police department and meets the Seeds pre-Reaping, and in true FC5 fandom fashion, just like all the Deputy OCs at some point before Silva, her appearance is taken as a sign and she gets kidnapped by Eden's Gate. Lima Syndrome happens, where Jacob goes "my Pup" and doesn't want to share his new captive/friend with the rest of his family, but John goes "no, my Wrath", Joseph goes "no, my Child" and Faith just goes all in and is like "no, my special Angel" and Silva is just a tug-a-war doll caught in the middle. Subplot, Kamski actually decides to socialise with the "normal locals" of Hope County which is an atrocious act against God -> ONE VOTE/SENTENCE EACH.

Thanks for joining in. I'll share a WIP again when I get some sleep.

Jurassic World Before the Storm Synopsis and Cover

With two days to go until Jurassic World Before The Storm comes out, I would like to show off the cover and synapsis!

Unveil the cover!

I made this cover with a website called canva.com

You might only be able to find this cover on Wattpad though.

Anyway, here's the synopsis (NOT synapsis!) below:

"Lisa Cobalt finds herself in a predicament; she is the legal guardian to her foster brother, Joaquin, and has been moving from place to place and job to job for some time. Not until an opportunity to fill the role of a paleo-veterinarian at the marvellous Jurassic World presents itself.

However, not is all as it seems. When an abnormal dinosaur makes a sudden appearance, it brings with it mistrust among the staff, and a conspiracy that shrouds an inevitable doom. Let it be known that life gifts lessons and fortune. But those who do not heed these lessons are fools bound to repeat history."

Jurassic World Before The Storm - Meet the OCs

With seven days to go until Jurassic World Before The Storm is released here and on Wattpad and AO3, it's about high time you meet the OCs who drive the story forward.

There two perspectives to the fic; the humans' POV and the raptors' POV. Thankfully I have two human OCs and one hybrid dinosaur OC along with the canon characters to bring a fresh perspective. Technically there are three human POVs, however I will only list two protagonists down here.
