What does Oslo’s and dcs friendship look like?

I like to think it’s a very casual sort of thing. Because Oslo and DC are very prominent global cities I imagine they see a lot fo each other so they get along pretty well. DC is also kinda easy to impress so I imagine Oslo gets a kick out of seeing how excited she gets when she gets the same Christmas tree every year.

I can see Oslo asking Nor if he knows if America is bringing DC to a world meeting so she can tag along and go see her. DC is also just fascinated by Oslo’s magic so she asks a lot of questions and this is kind of endearing to Oslo.

DC will adopt different mannerisms of whichever sibling she’s around the most often, and Nevada is very much aware of this. So you end up with gremlin squared.
