I was thinking of a way to continue Child!Yuu series ( could I call it that??) and a some questions and theories came into my mind.
Why and what Is Yuu's existence important in Twisted Wonderland?
How came Crowley was surprised when he said that Yuu is probably from a whole another dimension?
Why did the dark mirror said that "No such place exists"?
Where did Yuu exactly come from?
Why couldn't the magic mirror sense something from Yuu's soul?
Does Yuu even have a soul?
Now, we know that in Twisted Wonderland magic exists, and a lot of mythical creatures exists in this world, such as fae, beastmans, monsters and ghosts, so why did Crowley looked/sounded so surprised about the possibility of Yuu being from another dimension/world?
Like, dimension hopping shouldn't be far fetched because magic actually exists in Twisted Wonderland, or even alternative universes shouldn't be impossible with magic. While yes, magic does have its limitations, a really powerful magician could easily find other dimensions and universes.
And if we take a look over the world's name : "Twisted Wonderland" and we know that the Queen of hearts existed in this, doesn't that mean, Alice came in Wonderland in a similar way that Yuu did?
Andddd, my brain if fried, but anyways- I'll continue.
Why is Yuu here? If Yuu was taken by the dark mirror, shouldn't the dark mirror be capable of transporting them back?
I think, Yuu is more like a key to this world. Like Yuu is the only way for 'us' the players to interact with this world, but what if Yuu is the key between the past and the future? Yuu is in Twisted Wonderland for a reason. When the overblots happens, Yuu gets some signs that an overblot is to happen like foreshadowing in a way.
We saw a drop of ink, when we met Riddle in the cafeteria, so we kind of saw something about the ink of the overblot, and the dreams that Yuu has, it could be dreams of the past that could be either repeated or avoiding from repeating again.
And we also saw Riddle's backstory, maybe everyone from the scene (in the game not us players from irl) saw it or they did not, but let's say that they didn't, so my theory could have a rough sense. Yuu saw his backstory, right? Then why and how is Yuu able to do that? Unless Yuu has knowledge of the past, present and future.
They could be similar in a way as Barbatos from Obey me, being able to see the future and past, different timelines etc. Yuu represents the timelines and it could kind of have any connection towards the loop theory but who knows?
But if Yuu isn't the key between the past, present and future, then why is Yuu here? Could it be that Yuu is created by some divine higher beings? Or could it be that Yuu was created to be a puppet for a God, like how Scaramouche from Genshin Impact was for Ei but was discarded/scrapped for some reason, and Yuu ended up in Twisted Wonderland to fetch for themselves?
Think about it! Hades is a literal God, even in the Disney movie, so it shouldn't be far fetched that Gods and divine beings exists in this universe. And it could explain why Yuu's soul was described as soundless, shapeless and empty, as Yuu is only a puppet, a doll that has its strings cut.
The only propose of Yuu was to either be a vessel for a God that was either created by humans like Chuuya from Bungou Stray Dogs was created to be a vessel of Arahabaki or by a God themselves, or Yuu was created only to hold something like how Scaramouche was created to hold the gnosis for Ei.
And if Yuu was created to be something like Scaramouche but was discarded and set free and probably sent to another world and then come back to their original world but having no memories of it, wouldn't that make Yuu kind of a clone of a god?
"Scaramouche was originally created by Ei as a test into the technology of making puppet bodies. He was not meant to perfectly resemble her, only to test if creating a puppet body was possible. As his creation was successful, he was considered the prototype for the puppet she now uses as the Raiden Shogun.[8] While he was intended to serve as a vessel for Ei's Gnosis, he shed tears upon his creation, leading her to deem him too gentle for such a task. She did not wish to kill him, so she instead sealed his power as a divine creation and allowed him to take control of his own life.[4] He spent his early days in Shakkei Pavilion"
(From Genshin Impact wiki, Scaramouche page)
So, there must be something similar on why Yuu could be a clone of a god or a puppet made by a God, but then again, I could be wrong.
If not, then, could Yuu be actually dead and be like a bizarre doll from black butler like how R!Ciel is? That could kind of also explain why Yuu seems to be practically soulless. But again, I could also be wrong with this one too.
Then, could Yuu be someone who was created from nothing but chalk or something like that, like how Albedo from Genshin Impact is?
Ah, is this too much? But then again, I'd like to think that Yuu is somewhat similar to Scaramouche.
I must admit, Yuu is a mystery and I'd like to be able to know about them more! (I know that Yuu is supposed to be us, but still, they are the MC of the game so there must be a reason why they are in Twisted Wonderland, how they got there etc.)
