Everytime I look at this musical all I can think is “did someone actually instruct Carsten to act like a bisexual puppy in denial or did this happen all by itself”.

sadly, they don’t show any villinous threeway action as well I’d be totally up for that i should stop shipping the antagonists of classic french literatur shouldn’t I

There’s a newer version from Tecklenburg where he’s also included in the Tanz die Tarantella scene. So instead of Dantes lounging under a big mirror with a bunch of prostitutes, we have Mondego chasing them around in a circle…

#I'm perfetly okay with unnecessary non-plot related scenes as long as they include a shirtless Carsten tbh

^Yesss, someone who shares my deep appreciation for shirtless Carsten. :D (And for a moment you had me thinking that Mondego and Edmond are both in the prostitute scene which gave me a slight shipping overload. I’m trash okay I’d love to see the Tecklenburg version none the less.)
