Jormundgandr Lokison(Humanoid form)

Another humanoid design for one of Loki’s kids this time, Jormundgandr! Like Hel , Jormundgandr takes after Loki appearance wise when it comes to his humanoid form, though he’s more snake like rather than deer.

Personality wise, I headcanon him as being pretty sassy and a jokester like his dad. Out of him,Fenrir, and Hel he’s the only one who was ever really able to meet the rest of his younger siblings and his two nephews. He’s pretty protective of all of them, especially given what happened to him , his brother,and his sister all those centuries ago.

Fenrir will most likely be next then Sleipnir :D

I love his design!! He looks like my version as well, white, tall and sassy! 😌✨

Helna (Hel x Nanna)!! 💜💕

Another little crackship drawing this time of Hel x Nanna! I don't much to say about these two. Other, then I think they are cute together, and I felt like drawing them again because it's been a minute since I have ^^

Gullveig’s ghost (and Loki)

Little concept I did of Gullveig’s ghost and Loki(Post eating the heart) based off my own headcanons

Cw for: death, implied murder and cannibalism,depressing topics,and mentions of pregnancy (nothing is shown though)

Her ghost design basically reflects how she died. She always crying gold too and doesn’t speak to those who can see her just looks at them sadly. Speaking of those who can see her, only three people can Freyja, Loki, then later Kol.

Freyja was always able to see Gullveig’s ghost walking her around her hall after she passed. She even tried to talk to Gullveig a few times to no avail.

Loki was only able to see Gullveig’s ghost after they ate her heart. To where Gullveig began to basically start haunting her. Loki wasn't a fan of that, to say the least.

Kol, being Gullveig’s child, started to see her ghost at the age of 5 when Odin first tried to take her away (and failed). For Kol, whenever Gullveig shows up, it serves as a warning that Kol is possibly in danger.

Now onto Loki

Besides the unexpected baby , Loki suffered other side effects from eating Gullveig’s heart. Like Freyja, Loki begins to cry gold (not permanently, though) and began to see Gullveig’s ghost everywhere too. Gullveig’s magic also messed with Loki’s own magic to the point where it became hard to control it.

While Loki cherishes and adores Kol. He definitely learned the consequences of eating something he definitely shouldn’t have. Doesn't stop him from committing more mischief, though. This is Loki were talking about talking about afterall >:)

The Sun☀️,The Moon 🌙 , and The Night 🌌

Originally this post was just going to be my interpretation of Sol and Mani but I made a design for Nott as well so I threw her into the mix.

I really like how all their designs turned out. I tried to lean heavily into what they are the god and goddesses of when designing them like with most of my designs. I do eventually want to draw both Sol’s and Nott families (I’ve already drawn my interpretation/retelling of Mani’s family) but that’s more of a project for the future^^

Nokken/Nixie! Sigyn variant

Drew this on a whim, but I made another variant of my Myth! Sigyn design. Though this time I based this design variant off of a Nokken/Nixie which is a water spirit in Germanic folklore that lures travelers,woman,and children to their death by enchanting them with a fiddle(though they aren’t always hostile spirits in some tellings). Nokken are mainly male, but some sources said they can be female too(they are also shapeshifters and in some versions present themselves as a white horse as well).

I tried not to make her look too much like my main Myth!Sigyn design. Though both are aquatic based. When it comes to Nokken! Sigyn’s personality, however, she more hostile and cunningly manipulative.

When it comes to her relationship with Loki. The two of them met when Loki got lost in Sigyn's territory. Then Sigyn saw them and was like, " Hey, you're really pretty, and I see that you're lost. Do you want to chill in my bog and listen to my fiddle?"

Loki surprisingly agreed, and from there, the two began to frequently meet up falling in love in the process. That being said, Loki is the only one to have ever made it out of Sigyn's territory alive. 😬

Angrboda (after her death)

Pt.1

So I guess this is a part 2 to my first retelling post about Angrboda. This part deals more with what happened to Angrboda after her children were taken away and she was killed. Causing her memories kinda become spilt.

The Mother: Due to Angrboda’s curse when she is killed “The Mother” is created from said curse. The mother is what’s left of Angrboda or, in other words, she is what the curse made combined with half her memories (post curse). Angrboda, having the feeling she was going to die anyway, knew how devastated Loki would be, so she decided to use a spell to create “The Mother”. So whenever Loki runs off to the Ironwood due to their own shenanigans or plans going too far(ex: mouth being sewn shut or the instances surrounding Sleipnir and Kol’s birth or he's just generally depressed). Loki finds comfort with this creature even if she is not fully Angrboda just what remains of her memory. Left in order to protect him from his own destructive behaviors when dealing with grief.

Audhild/Angrboda (but dead): Now what really happened to Angrboda after she died is she went to Helheim. But when she decided to shove half her memories into something her curse created. She becomes the way she was before she was cursed. That being said, she doesn’t remember her children or Loki just everything up until she was cursed. This means Angrboda doesn’t recognize her own daughter anymore, which leaves Hel devastated. Even in her attempts to make her mother remember, Angrboda is stubborn and wants to be left alone most of the time. All Audhild cares about is finding her brother and parents (and her first lover, but Angrboda doesn’t know she’s dead).

Also, just for clarification: I’ll link pt 1 of my Angrboda design, but both Angrboda and Audhild are the same person, with different names/aliases(both dead and alive). When Angrboda gets cursed, she remembers who she is but gives herself a new name/alias. But “The Mother” is just the curse Angrboda had becoming its own creature with half of Angrboda’s memories shoved in.

This is such a tragic retelling for Angrboda..its so creative!! 🥺

Sif(slight redesign) + Sigyn

Another quick little redesign this time with Sif I wanted to make her hair more curly I also added a band to her hair. But other then that I kept her colors and dress remotely the same.

Here’s a quick little doodle of Sigyn and Sif as well . In my headcanon/retelling they had a complicated past (a.k.a they were exes) so safe to say they don’t have the best relationship with eachother.

Moder (The Ritual)

I realized I have never drawn Moder. So I made my own interpretation of her , I designed her sort of different from the movie but kept the spirit of the original design.

Oh my gods, I love her design so much like genuinely so adorable!! I'm glad I wasn't the only one who made her a daughter of Loki and Sigyn (Including Angrboda!) ✨🥺💚

Jotun Ladies

My interpretations of Gunnlod, Jord, and Rindr jotun ladies who were screwed over Odin (mainly talking Gunnlod and Rindr there isn’t much about Jord so it’s unclear what her relationship with Odin was like ).

Skadi and Njord

Another Jotun and Vanir couple! This time Njord and Skadi!

For my interpretation I made Skadi a mixture between a fox and a wolf (mostly fox). She a more canine like jotun like Angrboda(though she was born that way not cursed like Angrboda).Her and Njord’s relationship is pretty much like it is in the myths. Skadi chills in the mountains while Njord stays in the sea but the two eventually warm up to eachother and have a couple of daughters together. The twins don’t really consider her to be their stepmother but are cool with her (Sigyn certainly doesn’t really like her though for what becomes obvious reasons).

Gersemi and Hnoss

I’ve drawn these two once in the past but I haven’t made concrete designs for them yet. So here’s my interpretations of Gersemi and Hnoss!

Hnoss is a lot like Freyja while Gersemi takes after Odr(who I have yet to design)

Sci Fi au! Loki and Sigyn

A little sci-fi au with Loki and Sigyn

After the Aesir-Vanir war, Odin decided to perform expirments on a group of vanir gods and goddesses that were captured during the war. Sigyn was apart of this group, but she was able to escape Odin's lab along with a few others(Freya and Freyr). She runs into Loki, a socialite and ambassador from Jotunheim. Shenanigans insue in order for Sigyn to avoid Odin and his sons due to running the risk of being recaptured. All the while, Sigyn and Loki start to fall in love with eachother.
