I am kind of obsessed with how Leia takes attributes from the people who have influenced her life (especially at a young age) whether it be times of great peril or just the course of her childhood.
She is a senator like her father.
She is royalty like her mother.
She is a fighter like Tala.
She is a General like Obi-Wan.
I’m sure there is probably more and there are other attributes she carries too, not just titles, but also motivations, quirks and even bits of personality and how she deals and reacts to scenarios. She’s taking the best lessons she learned from those people and put them into practice. She made the choices and she learned. Leia learns. And I just love thinking about it.
