In e5 s16 of SVU,
A woman (barely 18) is raped by her doormates after said doormates saw the porn she starred in: rape fantasy videos. According to her, the porn was entirely consensual and she was acting and following a script, despite being beaten around, humiliated, and fucked by two men at once.
Her roomates decided to reproduce the video with her, assuming that just because she consented to the porn (for which she was paid for to pay her tuition) meant she'd consent to reproduce it, with them (for free).
During the rape, she cried, and said "no" and "stop" multiple times.
The judge let the rapists go free because, according to him, since in the porn video this woman's "no" meant "yes", there was no way to prove that she wasn’t consenting to the rape.
But yes, tell me again how porn is harmless. How porn is only an outlet and a fantasy and never guidlines that men follow. How rape fantasy doesn't participate in eroding women's rights to consent in mentalities.
I’m a part of a female exclusive 21+ discord server that was created at the beginning of 2021. It’s a small, close-knit (and active!) radical feminist community, with less than 50 members. We are mostly from Europe and North America, but there are women from all the other continents too. We take privacy and safety seriously, so all members are multi step verified. You’d have to be comfortable with telling us a bit about yourself via an application form listed below, and then if accepted into the server, with our verification process. The verification process consists of sending a photo of yourself with a piece of paper on which a sentence provided by a mod is written (only the mod would see it and you can delete it straight after), and a voice recording of, again, a sentence provided by a mod (-||-).

I am part of this server. The majority opinion is often not 1:1 with how I think about feminist issues but that doesn’t stop people from having a positive opinion and being friendly towards me while also strongly disagreeing on some points. I think being part of a radfem discord server is a great experience and that it’s beneficial both to be in one where people tend to agree with you and one where people tend to disagree with you. Often on radblr debates can seem like it’s people trying to “point score” with their followers but the assumption of positive intent and staying in contact with the same people makes it a lot easier to get more insight into where others are coming from. Some of the people I get along with best with I would not follow their blogs nor they follow mine. This server is relatively structured and hands-on from mods - there is an expectation you learn which channels to use for what and, for example, do not use “guys” to refer to members of the server. The expectations are listed in a rules channel.
“Feminist” posts on this site gotta constantly coddle men and blame women for male actions, while also refusing to point the finger at what is the male oppressor class exactly made up of … like Patriarchy is what exactly? A floating fog of evil vibes? It’s made up of men! 😭

The only place Ive ever seen KAM used is in a handful of very niché, isolated, extreme radfem blogs on tumblr that mainly keep to themselves.
Meanwhile if you as a woman dare to exist on twitter, the men there will gang up on you and rip you apart like a pack of wolves publicly.
Looked up child marriage in the usa the other day cause my mother didn’t believe me when I mentionned that it's legal there (sources I found said it was in 40 states outta 50).
I learned that statutory rape law is easily circumvented by parents allowing their underage daughters to marry their rapist, making the rape charges disappear because marital rape isn’t illegal/doesn't even exist in those states.
This sounds like archaic practices from another, bygone era doesn't it? Families fearing for their reputation and the purity of their daughter, so instead of punishing a pedophile, the daughter is offered to him like a sacrificial lamb, specially if she got pregnant from the rape! The family's honor and appearances are more important than your child being raped, than giving her to her agressor, than giving her up to a life of sexual slavery.

I could've been that young girl being mutilated had I been born on a different continent, I could've been that young woman being burnt alive had I been born a little earlier, I could've been that child bride. I learned of a Tiktok 'trend' recently of men taking their female family members, friends, partners etc out on a lovely nature walk, then starting to record and saying "I bet nobody would be able to hear you scream here."
There is not ONE video that the woman laughs in, even when they explain the prank. Not one. For a sex who have been socialised to nervously laugh when uncomfortable, not one of them found it funny. It was mothers who stopped dead in their tracks, their eyes filled with fear. It was girlfriends who started running away in fear, to the laughing taunts of "it was just a joke come back!!!!!". It was sisters who stared these men down, unable to process what this male had said to them.
First of all, the timing is sociopathic. It's not an accident. With Nick "we control your bodies b*tch" Fuentes doing a monologue that undeniably sunk into the psyches of most men, they feel joy and pleasure at unabashedly making their female friends and family suffer. They giggle at the prospect of making them fear for their life, and they film it for other men to get off on.
Moids continually stun me. After hundreds of thousands of years of oppression you'd think I would understand and expect it, but they reach new heights every time I blink. Deep down, I'm just a hopeful girl who sees men as humans. I try not to assume they're beyond saving, but they're making it harder to believe. It's overwhelming the number of male groups or male dominated groups that have an omerta system, assuring that their members will never go down for sexual assault nor rape because they all cover for each other: cops, military, gangs, sport teams, companies (employees protect their superior/boss/ceo), the rich and powerful (politicians, lawyers, DAs, government...), cinema industries, religions... They all allow predators to thrive in peace and quiet.

I mean, women are supposed to deal with sexual harassment and sexual assault our whole life, like it's part of our job (one we didn’t sign up for). When the tables are turned on them?
Can you even imagine women being allowed this level of leniency and self preservation? To be legally authorized to use violence and even lethal force again a man because he made sexual advances to you that you didn’t want? That made you fear for your life?
If anything women doing this would be more legitimate because a man has more chances to physically defend himself successfully against another man, while it's not the case for women against men.
Men know about sa and sh. They know how much it sucks. They just don't think it matters when it happens to a woman, or that women were put on this earth to endure it.
"Porn is fiction/acting therefore the misogyny in it is completely harmless and has no bearing whatsoever on the real world" is the pinnacle of hypocrisy coming from the website that preached for years that "representation matters", that minority deserved to be represented and to enjoy relatable media and to see themselves on screen, that racist or homophobic shows are a real issue.
Thinking about the sexist double standard about "yes all men (not all men)."
Women can’t say "yes all men" bc it's generalisation, that makes them a biggot and a misanthrope.
But men get to say "all men do it" as an excuse when they cheat, when they're physically violent, when they commit sexual harassment, when they watch porn, etc.
And somehow only women are called out for it. Men don't confront other men that call their entire group senseless animals without restraint, controlled by their instincts and hormones. It's just as insulting, but it's easier to go after women isn’t it? Rather than challenging the status quo, than starting trouble, than disagreeing with other men.
