I…never meant for this to happen.

When Whumper gave Bee a cup of chamomile tea, they knew they didn’t have a choice whether or not to drink it. The honey-sweet liquid was warm on their tongue, a comforting taste that hid something much more bitter.

They never expected to wake up in some dusty, old house, their head resting in a stranger’s lap.
