Prev these are some good tags

Those tags are LEGIT. Canada has gotten so bad in recent years because provincial governments are so confident overstepping in wake of Trump. I cannot stress enough how important it is that all Americans get out and vote.

I don't care how you feel more moral not voting because it matters so so so much and anyone trying to tell you otherwise is doing so to get Trump or someone like him back in power by using your non vote. It's bad for everyone.

Do not let them convince you not to vote.

Emboldened and Embiggened for Emphasis:

USA has being FOR YEARS working on South America to put new dictatorships like in the 70s. That is a work made and being constantly do by BOTH of your so called parties (you just have one party in reality). In the recent time the propaganda, military bases, cultural colonialism, usa attacks with its outpost state israel (like the 2019 mass murders against chileans with a war declaration of the president Piñera against civilians aka fucking school teens), the fake news and fear campaigns made by usa and with its intelligence and everything via social media (what musk has done foe trump is a grain of salt in comparison of what he and zuckerberg does at the rest of the world but u dont care) and funding of hate groups, cults and other fascists organizations , and the control in general of the continente has been so hard that now in polls South Americans are thinking that dictatorships are a valid option bc USA HAS PUT THAT IN THE MINDS OF PPL.

Usa has intervened in my country since its fucking foundation and has never EVER stopped, with any of your so called democrats.

You all can whine and try to justify all you want why you need to vote, but better stop lying to yourself and the world, specially the Global South: you DON'T CARE about ANYONE that is not your citizens. Not really. You complain about trump not bc you really care about democracy or the rest of the world, but bc you just don't want to live in something similar in like a 10% of what usa has made and put for centuries the Global South.

It NEVER had matter if your dictators are democrats or republican to the rest of the world bc we all know that they are all the same.

All the bullets, the bombs, the propaganda, the presidential manipulations, the dictatorship feel and are the same in every way independently if the ones made it are one or another of your fake ass parties.

No matter of what colour you paint your bullets, they are all the same when taking our lifes.

Democrat presidents of usa in South America (just like 2 crimes per president bc I don't have time nor energy to put a 1000000 page pdf here with all the crimes just against one continent):

Grover Cleveland, Woodrow Wilson and all the presidents of usa, including the democrats as we can see, in Puerto Rico.

Woodrow Wilson and Roosevelt coups and control of Haiti. Intervention and invasion of Nicaragua

Roosevelt made coup in Cuba

Trueman, Kennedy, and Johnson in Guayana. USA and British Intelligence funded anti-communist unions in order to strengthen opposition to democratically elected Dr. Cheddi Jagan.

Kennedy made a coup in Brazil, Ecuador and multiple political intervention and change regime in Dominican Republic

Lyndon Baines Johnson and the 23,000 troops he sent to Dominican Republic invasion. The CIA and the Agency for International Development (AID) set up the Office of Public Safety (OPS) mission in Montevideo, Uruguay, to train police in the art of torture in order to suppress rebel activity.

Jimmy Carter support of Argentina dictatorship made by usa. From 1975 to 1983, about 30,000 civilians accused of subversion either were killed or disappeared.

Bill Clinton interventions in Colombia in general, as well repression and killing of dissidents. The Coca Cola and Chiquita death squads killing workers in Colombia.

Obama multiple attempts of coups in Venezuela and every single usa president tried since ever really not just democrat obama. Obama also invasions and fear campaigns and political power over Chile.

Biden in Venezuela. Biden in Chile trying to put a nazi as president for years. Argentina and Peru interventions.

Clinton, Obama and Biden interventions in Surinam and Trinidad y Tobago

The clampdown in Chile after Pinochet’s fascist coup was swift. You can count it by hours. They moved very quickly to round up leftists and potential dissidents, mass moving them to Estadio Chile, a futbol stadium, a place of community and pride. Among them was Victor Jara, folk singer, socialist, people’s icon. Jara had written songs for Salvador Allende, the democratically elected socialist president that Pinochet overthrew in his 1973 coup, and his campaign. Jara wrote songs for workers. Jara wrote songs for organizing.

The regime used Estadio Chile as a staging ground for mass torture and execution. Jara was publicly beaten. They broke his hands and mocked him, told him “let’s see you play the guitar now” and laughed in his face. Jara, beaten and bloodied, began to sing. He sang Venceremos, We Will Win, the song he wrote for the Allende campaign. As loudly and proudly as he could. His torture and beating continued.

Shortly after, he acquired a notebook and pen. He wrote the poem, Estadio Chile. It begins:

There are five thousand of us here in this small part of the city

We are five thousand

I wonder how many we are in all the cities and in the whole country?

Here alone are ten thousand hands which plant seeds and make the factories run

The poem was smuggled out, and later turned into a song. Jara was murdered two hours later. His body, riddled with bullets from machine guns, was left in the street. A warning. A message.

The Pinochet regime would last from 1973 to 1990 (1998, if you count the fact that he retained his position as head of the army). His was a legacy of brutality and oppression and murder. He moved quickly. He moved hard. He will always be remembered as one of South America’s greatest monsters.

Jara is remembered for his poetry, his songs, his love, and his defiance. Jara teaches us that they cannot stop our singing. They cannot stop our writing. They cannot stop our love. Estadio Chile, the site of his murder, the site of thousands of murders, is now known as Victor Jara Stadium.

As the growing tide of authoritarianism and fascism rises, remember Victor Jara. Let your actions be a testament to his lessons, his life, his legacy. Let your voice ring as loudly as you can manage. Let your pen move as deftly as it can. And never forget that we will win.

Documentary film in three parts: The Insurrection of the Bourgeoisie (1975), The Coup d'état (1976), Popular Power (1979). It is a chronicle of the political tension in Chile in 1973 and of the violent counter revolution against the democratically elected government of Salvador Allende. It won the Grand Prix in 1975 and 1976 at the Grenoble International Film Festival. In 1996, Chile, Obstinate Memory was released and followed Guzmán back to Chile as he screened the 3-part documentary to Chileans who had never seen it before.

30 Aug - International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances

Detenido desaparecido or detenidos desaparecidos (DD. DD.) is the name commonly used in Latin American countries to refer to the victims of kidnappings, usually taken to clandestine detention and torture centres, and crimes of enforced disappearance, committed by various authoritarian military dictatorships during the 1970s and 1980s, and officially recognised, among others, by the governments of Argentina (1984) and Chile (1991).

Ph: Activists of the Chilean Human Rights organization "Detained and Disappeared People" take part in a demonstration in Santiago on September 8, 2013, in remembrance of late President (1970-1973) Salvador Allende, who died/was murdered on September 11, 1973 during the military coup d'etat led by general Augusto Pinochet. On September 11 Chile will commemorate the 51th anniversary of the coup that toppled Salvador Allende and brought dictator Pinochet to power. AFP PHOTO/Sebastian Silva (Photo credit should read Sebastian Silva/AFP/Getty Images)

Between 1973 and 2019, Chile has suffered multiple cases of disappeared detainees, from the civil-military dictatorship of Pinochet created, supported and financed by the USA and multiple other countries until 2019 during the dictatorship of Piñera in which he declared war against the people and the military and police tortured and disappeared people. Among these there have also been detainees disappeared at the hands of businessmen, politicians, policemen, military, etc. Since its beginnings as a country, the USA has conspired against Chile's democracy, intervened and carried out coups d'état, committing multiple atrocities. Likewise, the illegitimate state of Israel has aided these horrors, from armaments to intelligence and training.

This post is about the Disappeared Detainees contained in the reports regarding the Pinochet Dictatorship. To see the List go here , the Children List, go here, and the migrant List check here. For their life and context, read it here. Tumblr didn't let me make a long post.

This post don't include the babies and kids abducted and trafficked by hospitals, health centers, and church agents (like the german and other european nuns and priests) during dictatorship to be sold to wealthy people all over the world, from South America to Europe.

There are 1210 persons considered as disappeared detainees according oficial reports (but, again, not really all of them) in Chile after the coup d'état of 11 September 1973. Of these 1210 people, 79 were Mapuche (6.52%), 60 were foreigners (4.95%) and 54 were minors (4.46%).

Where are the missing Detained-Disappeared?

NEVER FORGIVE, NEVER FORGET.

NI PERDÓN NI OLVIDO. VENCEREMOS.

In Chile, which is basically a usa base at this point, the news are omitting the part about being a CIA supported coup (unlike other media news) and they are telling the public that the whole thing is just evidence of how Bolivia is incapable of having a democracy and their institutions are weak and that's why happened. That's the same as saying that Bolivia needs SOMEONE (aka usa) to brings them democracy. That same rhetoric was use for a year before Pinochet's/usa coup, the same that allowed war criminal Piñera to be elected twice even with his criminal record, before the election for change of dictatorship's constitution (which ppl ended keeping bc red scare and massive usa and other fascists countries and families put their comy of creating that fear),, and present narrative to sink the government to put a dictator in the next years.

So, the world, SPECIALLY South America, needs to be vigilant. This Gladio tactics aren't new, we know how was back then and how was Operación Condor.

Stay vigilant, usa is plotting and has been for a while.

Fuerza, educación, memoria y comunidad a Argentina.
