THE COLORS

For those that don’t know, Mardi Gras has three main colors

Yellow, Green and Purple, and the filmmakers decided to use those all throughout the movie

Yellow was during the New Orleans scenes, as well as happy/safe times like in Mama Odie’s house boat thingy

Green is obv the bayou and the froggies

And Purple is for evil times with Facilier and stuff. 

BUT LIKE SERIOUSLY THEY ARE ALL THE BEST SHADES OF ALL THESE COLORS

seriously I have like over 300 screen shots of this movie saved because colors.
