Princess Peach Month Post #3 | Friday, 08.30.24
It's almost the end of August, which is known by Nintendo as "Princess Peach Month", so I'll post on a few random games featuring Peach, the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom right now.
- Games featuring Princess Peach - Part 3:
- Mario Kart series (various; 1992-present)
Since the release of Super Mario Kart in 1992 on the SNES, Princess Peach has been playable in every major release in the Mario Kart series (excluding Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit). In terms of driving styles, she's usually lightweight (giving her high acceleration and speed, but is easy to push around by heavy racers like Donkey Kong, Wario or Bowser), but since later games (either since Mario Kart: Double Dash!! or Mario Kart DS), she's been a middleweight character.

- Mario Party series (various; 1998-present)
Excluding Mario Party-e, Peach has been playable in every Mario Party game since the original game released in late 1998 on the Nintendo 64.
In some games, she's known to either have a special party board dedicated to her (like Peach's Birthday Cake from the original game as a primary example) or to use key items to become the Ultimate Superstar.
