Bottled Soul Rite of Passage is being allowed to decorate Izuku’s bottle because doing so requires two things:
1. Obviously you have to get through the obstacle known as Todoroki Shouto. If you don’t have his approval and his permission then there’s absolutely no hope for you
2. The easier task, befriending Izuku. Which is laughably simple
Which just leads to Class 1-A squabbling over who gets to put their own brand stickers on Izuku’s bottle while trying to get on Todoroki’s good side through matters of bribery and flattery
