I connected the ‘Arcee is pink, energon is pink, therefore Arcee bathes in the blood of her enemies’ post with ‘G1 Roddy is also pink’ and came up with it basically being mimicry, like a non-poisonous insect mimicking the markings of one that’s actually dangerous. Hot Rod is a tiny bean but ‘Cons are still wary of him initially because that paintjob, man, how do I know he isn’t going to try and eat my face?
