I finally got to the Deta Episode in ORAS and just. All the adults in this game are so useless. It’s mind-boggling. And the quest itself is a mad dash back and forth from one city to the next and STEVEN JUST CALLED ME TO COME TO THE SPACE CENTER LITERALLY JUST TO SAY “Hey go meet up with Wallace” LIKE DUDE, YOU COULD”VE JUST SAID THAT ON THE PHONE

Story-wise, I still think X5 is the best X game, but it eternally messes me up because of all the heart-wrenching Zero & X scenes, but also because of Zero’s general grim / morbid acceptance of his fate by the time this game rolls around. (Case in point, I was re-reading the X5 script to find a specific line and was reminded of this:)
- Zero: When I become a Maverick... I think that's when I'll have died.

I opened PGO and I was checking up on the gym across the street from me, and it's a level 5 or something Valor gym but it's got five frickin fire-type pokemon in it and I literally said "YOU GUYS...." out loud because they’re about to get slaughtered by the first Vaporeon that comes by
A thought I literally just had while playing the Kirby Planet Robobot demo: Wow I love this mech suit and how it changes depending on what power Kirby inhales! all other logical flaws aside, what pissed me off the most about nick’s absence in civil war was that nick fury would have never allowed tony to bring peter parker into the field. in ultimate, when nick finds out about peter, what he does is go and tell the kid that he should quit the super-heroics before he gets killed, or he can join shield and receive proper training before going back out. he understands that peter could very much end up dead, and he doesn’t take it lightly.
the fact that nobody (not even natasha or clint, who would be the next logical options!) says anything about peter being in the fight is ridiculous lazy writing, and the exclusion of nick is nonsense.
