Phil is still the angel of death but he’s not a superhero or anything that’s just his day job. he discovered Techno’s secret and Techno did kill him but like, in a joking way
George has probability manipulation-style luck powers but no one knows it including him because he doesn’t give a shit about anything. he unconsciously arranges the universe so that nothing interesting ever happens to him and despite most of his friends being superheroes and/or villains he is never around when shit goes down. he thinks that all the hero and villain stuff is just a really tired joke that his friends refuse to admit is a joke.
Quackity is immune to all powers that have anything to do with telepathy or mental manipulation. has a red string corkboard in his basement because he’s convinced that George is somehow the mastermind behind all villain activity in the city.
Fundy has the power to make anyone fall in love/infatuation with him but it only lasts for like 2 hours, he can only do it once per person, and he falls in love with them too. he basically has the power to make himself miserable and that’s it
