'Autopsy Pop' from April 12, 2024. starting with digital collage, smudge tools, digital painting and then heavy linear light filters, using Krita. (I was frankly a bit bummed by the resemblance this has to AI, and hope the human touch is loud and clear.)

'Ishmael' and 'Ishmael 2' The goal I set out with this was to create a painting and then desecrate it right after.
'Clementine' from March 14, 2024. When painting this, the only artists I had in mind were Bill Traylor and Carlo Zinelli, but a friend pointed to me the astounding resemblance to Louisiana hero Clementine Hunter, down to the accidental namedrop in the title I chose!
