donttttt reblog but it's really just feeding into homophobia lesbophobia biphobia transphobia when you're ashamed to identify as who you actually are and resort to microlabels. yeah it's a process it's a journey to acceptance but to make it everyone else's problem??? to encourage divide within the community to accommodate what you refuse to work on de-internalising?? the community exists to support you through these things but if you pretend youre not part of it you just lose us. then you have the nerve to feel excluded bc you've built this cage around yourself. fuck off and grow up. especially if you're an adult
New episode of our LGBT media podcast now available on Spotify, Apple, Google Podcasts, and more! GayV Club is a podcast created by @akajustmerry and I where we discuss LGBT film and tv and how we relate to it as gay people of colour.
Does having a bigger budget make a movie better? More importantly, does having a bigger budget make a movie gayer? In this episode we make a list of LGBT films with multi-million dollar budgets and investigate the hypothesis once posed by the great Freckle from 'The Gay and Wondrous Life of Caleb Gallo' - that sometimes things that are expensive are worse.
This episode does contain some discussion on homophobia so please be safe and listen at your discretion.
