So there is a movie called Ghost Shark, and this is pretty much all you need to know about it.
A deleted scene from JAWS in which Quint and his mate Salvatore go shopping for some sharking gear...namely piano wire at Amity’s local music shop. This bit of business did make it into the ABC network airing.
