Happy Halloween from the Dragon Sanctuary cast!
I joked about Merno and Wyll being similar (kind one eyed demon hunters with a single duke dad who gave up their duke title and got personal beef with an evil lady every else finds hot despite the horrors she commits) so I wanted to dress everyone up as the BG3 characters for Halloween! I will never be drawing Kethric's armor again tho
One of my discords does a weekly sketch prompt--This week was 'anime beach episode' so I decided to let the Dragon Sanctuary kids have a day off.
I've also always wanted to do an illustration homage to a Sailor Moon manga piece so I finally did that as well!
Got a new computer and can finally get back to working on Dragon Sanctuary pages and my Act 2: Part 1 trade paperback!

OC-Tober Day 23 - Meale Conin [not the best. I was in a rush, today was busy u.u]
My favourite character from the Dragon Sanctuary. Meale is Dean’s childhood friend and a part of the poor village young Dean was placed in to be kept safe. She’s very unapologetic about herself but is also pretty self-conscious so she just makes a lot of noise so no one notices. She’s short and poor but will usually beat the shit out of anyone who says anything about it instead of just admitting these things bother her. She lives with only her mother--she has no idea who her father is and her mother never talks about it so she doesn’t ask. Her mother took Dean under her roof while he as a baby so Meale and him were basically raised together. Dean sees her as a sister but Meale starts the series in love with Dean. This lasts for a while until they finally talk and Meale realizes he’s basically been her brother this whole time and that’s far more important to her than him being her lover. Past her rough exterior, Meale is a very loyal and loving person even if she pouts through trying to admit it. She’s also pretty strong both magically and physically. She’s the most fun to write because she’s pretty complex and usually reacts the most to situations.
If you haven’t noticed, i love weird names. Her’s is pronounced ‘ME-AH-LEE’ because I sat on a swing making weird noises until one sounded like a weird name.
