For JunLian week Day 2: Decree, Part II.

As I mentioned before, for this prompt I planned two illustrations, it just happened that it was impossible to meet the deadline with both (work and stuff hell yeah for being an adult) 🫠

I’ve worked on this piece for almost 2 months so no matter what, I wanted to bring it close to completeness. 🥺 With this, my set of drawings for the event is almost fully done.
