There are a lot of people on YouTube who make Walking with Dinosaurs style videos using Jurassic World Evolution. It’s a small subgenre, but it’s one that I like and engage with quite a bit. And, of the creatores I’ve come across, I think that Prehistoric Productions here makes the best ones.
The videos aren’t without flaws -- some of the ‘casting’ decisions are weird (using Crichtonsaurus as Placerias?), and there are occasional misspellings in the subtitles -- but the storytelling and atmosphere are genuinely quite good. They are the closest I’ve seen among these JWE videos to accurately capturing the mood and feel of the original WWD. Plus, they tend to spotlight some pretty obscure creatures in their other videos.
