Got myself roped into this Harvest Festival thing. Didn’t mean to, but… it weren’t so bad. Even if I had to wear a stupid apron all fuckin’ day. But Barb helped out, and this Tyrogue an’ me had an understanding.
Thinkin’ about askin’ the lady who ran the daycare if they’re up for adoption, but I dunno what the laws are surroundin’ that here. Guess I’ll see how it goes.

20. Do any of your OCs sing? If they sing, care to share more details (headcanon voice, what kind of songs they like etc)?
…Jake does when he’s in a good mood. Which usually means he’s just finished stashing the body and is cleaning his equipment. He’s kind of a… body disposal guy. His theme song is actually I Can’t Decide by The Scissor Sisters. I’m not sure I have a headcanon voice for him? He’s a fuckhuge guy. I shamelessly based him off the redheaded Jason Todd that we do not speak of. So I imagine his voice is a deeper one…. maybe like… Gerard Butler? But with an American accent. Probably slightly Southern. As for what kinds of songs he’d sing, uhhhh probably shit like his theme song, or like… Pretty When You Cry by VAST because he’s a sadist and a sexual predator.

I… don’t actually. Huh. I barely have siblings.
42. Which one of your OCs would be the most interested in Greek gods?
Probably Mikhal. He’s kind of a history buff and finds mythology fascinating. Mikhal is my maned wolf shapeshifter. I haven’t touched him in a couple years because I know nothing of the culture over in Austria and meant to do more in depth research. Funnily enough he’s one of my more in-depth characters despite me never having roleplayed him or written him. I unfortunately don’t have any actual pictures of him… he’s one that I’ve never drawn, and has just kind of… resided in my head like a quiet roommate.
8. Do you RP as any of your OCs? If you do, introduce one of your RP OCs here!
I do! With spartadog in our DC AU RP. I mostly RP Jason Todd and Dick Grayson (and every other canon character that is introduced for plot purposes) but I also have a lot of OCs that are created as one-offs and then become full-fledged OCs. Jake, Patrick, Tommy and Derrek I’ve already mentioned in earlier Asks so… White it is!
Maurice White is actually from me and spartadog‘s old Marvel RP. He was supposed to be a one-off SHIELD agent, and was kind of meant as a joke (he’s black) but he very quickly came alive. He was probably one of the first side OCs that shoved their way to the front lines and demanded their own narrative be told. Suddenly he’s telling me about his wife Sherri, and how he was a mutants rights activist, and wanted kids but his wife didn’t so they ran something of a halfway house for mutant kids who had nowhere else to go. He’s also possibly the most genuinely happy OC I have to date. No tragic backstory as far as I can tell, and he and his wife are happy with their lives.
I kind of ended up picturing him as a cross of Samuel L. Jackson from Pulp Fiction and Will Smith from The Pursuit of Happyness.

16. Which one of your OCs would be the best at biology (school subject)?
I wanna say probably Marcelos. He works for a secret government organization that deals with monsters, aliens, gods, inter-dimensional beings and basically anything paranormal/supernatural. He’s a scientist, and while I’m not 100% sure what kind yet (I’m leaning with him studying more the social sciences rather than anything biological) I do know he has an insatiable lust for knowledge, and wants to learn all the things. He’s also a genius IQ and qualifies for MENSA (I will never not laugh at the irony of that acronym holy shit), though he’s not a member. He doesn’t care that he’s smart, he just wants to use his intelligence to learn even more.
He’s Brazilian/Japanese and wow I lost all the information I had written down about how that affected his upbringing. I haven’t hammered out his design yet but here’s a sketch from like… two years ago. Holy asymmetrical face Batman.
I want to write about Ashley freaking out over his gender identity. I want him to realize that wearing dresses and skirts and heels isn’t socially acceptable and that he’s different. I want him to question why he likes this kind of clothing so much. I want him to go to public school and meet a girl and become friends with her only for her to tell him that she’s secretely trans and begs him not to tell anyone else because she’s already moved from two other schools. I want the thought to plant itself in his mind that maybe he’s like her. I want him to wonder and think and mull it over until he eventually talks to her about everything.
And I want her to be supportive and help him. I want her to teach him how to tuck and to let him try on her bras (they stuff them with tissues of course) and to give him the basics in voice training. I want them to get really close and for him to realize that wow he really likes her and then he asks her if him being a woman would make him gay and she patiently explains the sexuality spectrum to him.
And then I want him to come to the realization that as much as he enjoys all those things, he doesn’t think of himself as a woman and he doesn’t feel like a woman. He feels like a man who happens to enjoy feminine things and he’s okay with that.
And then he thanks her for her help and kisses her and asks her to be his girlfriend and she says yes and he never questions his sexuality again because he’s a man who likes women, and she’s the most amazing gal he knows.
I just have so many feels over Ashley. And his nameless, faceless girlfriend who I’ve been mulling over in the back of my mind for months. I don’t think they last forever but I think they’re high school sweethearts and they end on well enough terms. They just end up having different life goals (I mean Ashley is training to be a master thief and his girlfriend is undoubtedly not gonna be down with that).
Fuuuuuuck it’s 4 AM and my characters are being /loud/ right now.
Go the fuck to sleep guys I’ll deal with you tomorrow dammit.

I love my new pretty boy. And yes those are spider eyes above his normal ones. Just try and sneak up on him I dare you. He also can walk on all fours but I'm sure I'll be able to show that off soon enough. And yes he has a tattoo. It's a super simplified version of what I eventually want.
