Speedpaints of some of the weird shit I've seen in my life.
When I was young I woke up to see something similar to this laying in my doorway. It wasn't until years and years later when I'd almost entirely forgotten about it that I learned what it was. A Black Shuck, a kind of ghost dog commonly seen before tragedies. Far as I know I never had a tragedy at that age, but who knows. Maybe one of these days I'll wake up and see it again.
The basement I live in now is an interesting place. Sometimes I hear something like whispering. Sometimes things move without anything touching them. And sometimes, out of the corner of my eye, I see something...
The last one I was definitely asleep for. But whereas the Shuck was malevolent, and the shadow in my basement is neutral, this lady wanted to help. I think of her as Mother Monster, and despite her deformed and grotesque appearance, she just... exudes kindness. I know this says a lot about what my subconscious thinks of my own mother, and I can't even say I disagree all that much to be honest...
