I worked like an absolute madman yesterday to draw this. All in all it took me 5.5 hours pen-to-tablet time to finish. For those who aren't in the know, the free-to-play game Warframe is due for a massive expansion at the beginning of November.

To get people hyped they've started an ARG Discord server with over 23,000 people on it, and have us doing different activities to gain rewards. One was equipping the Solaris United Sigil to our warframes and posting pictures to Twitter with the hashtag #LiftTogether. Then they had us all go to the various relays throughout the star system and have dance (and meditation) parties and spread the word of the revolution.

My very first frame was a Mag, and as far as I'm concerned my Mag Prime is her upgrade, not her replacement. She's been my Corpus-killer for years now, her entire kit lending well to stripping them of their shields and leaving them vulnerable to fatal damage. So I figured she'd be the perfect face for a rebellion propaganda poster encouraging those in Fortuna to rise up against their oppressors, the Taxmen!

Crush is her 4th ability (sort of like her Ultimate, for those more familiar with Overwatch), and it does exactly what it sounds like. The poor Corpus Crewman and all others don't stand a chance.

This weeks Skwomework for @steveargyle‘s Sketch & Skotch was to monsterify a pre-existing character. In honor of D.Va being released in HotS, and the first Starcraft + Expansion being released by Blizzard for FREE, and with D.Va originally being a top Starcraft player before she was a MEKA pilot, I decided to Zergify MEKA.

D.Va's inside MEKA like Kerrigan was in the Chrysalis becoming the Queen of Blades in the original Starcraft. Wonder what she looks like... hmmmm.

A 40 minute j-doodle for @steveargyle's Sketch & Skotch Wednesday. The prompt was "Sheep Fireball". I maybe accidentally an Overwatch Junker OC.

I'll probably take a second pass at her eventually to flesh her out more and make her overall design more coherent. But for making her up on the spot, I don't think I did too bad!

Seb stared at the egg in his hands. He'd managed to save it from Rob, but it had a surface crack that had him worried. Normally he would let his Persian eat whatever he wanted, but he'd passed by a Pokemon Professor earlier searching for a lost egg. He'd thought nothing of it until he'd stumbled on Rob gnawing on one. Panicking, he'd snatched it from the Persian, ignoring how hissy Rob got over it.

He heard the Professor approaching and bolted reflexively, egg still in hand.

By the time he realized he may have just stolen an egg from a Pokemon Professor, he was nearly back at the house where he was renting a room during his stay on the island. Torn with guilt over his Pokemon having potentially ruined the egg, and shame for having bolted in the first place, he decided to keep the egg until he knew whether it was still good or not.

Besides, he'd just return the Pokemon once it hatched. Definitely.

Still feeling a little guilty, and ignoring Rob's lashing tail and attentive eyes glued to the egg, Seb returned home. He had some research to do.

For the Egg Hunt event on Pokeparade! Well... Seb was doing good. Old habits die hard. Though in his defense, he didn't intentionally try to steal the egg, he just panicked. Maybe Professor Palm will understand? Assuming the egg hatches...

Jupiter's Purugly is a beast, and destroyed my Psyduck, Gallinule, with a Feint Attack. I designed Gallinule based off the bird he was named after, the Spot-Flanked Gallinule. I had the prettiest Psyduck :c

This is my entry for the opening events over on Pokemon Biome. I apparently thought it was a good idea to use this to teach myself how to digitally paint. On a triptych nonetheless! And with weird angles and lighting! YEAH GOOD JOB SELF.

Well this is for the Roundabout Races. Trainers enter their Pokemon into one of three races, either in the air, on land, or in the water. Seb, the overachiever, decided to enter all three. So Nick gets to fly through some pretty heavy mist, Rob gets to go rock climbing, and Munchkin gets to jump up waterfalls. Fun times!

I learned a lot in this piece. Probably should have done something a little easier for my first serious attempt at digital painting, but I, like Seb, am somewhat of an overachiever |D My favorite is absolutely the Persian one. Which one do you like best?

What happened

Sooner Than You Think by *Battleferrets

I've had the inks of this laying around since the season finale of Young Justice, finally decided to at least lay some flats on it and call it done.

Anyways, this was my tribute to the deaths of Wally West and Damian Wayne. Damian died in the New 52, and it was a stupid, stupid death that did him no justice. Pretty sure Morrison just killed him off so no one else could play with his brainchild. Dick (heh) move, either way.

Wally died in the finale of the second season of Young Justice which was such a shitty thing to do considering they cancelled the series. Wally gets lost to the speedforce, and Darkseid makes an appearance. Yeah, great job guys.

Anyways, both Damian and Wally were close with Dick grayson, the first Robin, now Nightwing. He was Batman before the New 52 came and fucked over everyone, and Damian was his Robin. Wally is Dick's best friend. So that's who Wally is talking about in the picture.

Ironically, they got to see him a LOT sooner than they thought, seeing as how in the Injustice universe, Dick was recently killed off. By Damian, no less. I was very tempted to include another "panel" with Dick falling and landing in front of them and cracking some sort of rock pun joke and Damian would punch him and they'd all be happy buuuuut my motivation kinda hightailed it, so this is what you get.
