Andrea Dworkin, Heartbreak: The Political Memoir of a Feminist Militant
And in her published work she advocated for both incest and bestiality:
Sugarcoating oppression is easier to do. Revolutionary feminist politics is not possible without, as Andrea Dworkin would say, "an agony to be fully conscious of the brutal misogyny."
Radblr sugarcoats Dworkin by erasing the fact that she habitually stole other women's intellectual contributions and passed them off as her own:
And Radblr forgives her for having advocated in her published work for both incest and bestiality:
“My prayer for women of the 21st century: harden your hearts and learn to kill.”
— The late Andrea Dworkin (rest in power)
Not only did she believe in murdering people, she also stole other women's work to pass it off as her own; and in her published work advocated for incest and bestiality.
we need to talk more about women who enable sexual violence from their male partners.
why would women defend the most horrific act against their own kind facilitated by their own husbands/boyfriends? why are so many women aware of their male partner's sexual abuse, and even participate in it (e.g. ghislaine maxwell)?
i have read multiple first-hand sex trafficking survival testimonies from women, and some women said there were het couples who would buy service together and rape together (you can search pornhub trafficking survivor testimonies).
why was pieper lewis, a trafficked 15 year girl who killed her sexual abuser in self defense, zachary brooks, ordered by his wife and prosecutors to pay his wife $150k with no sympathy for this young girl?
why do married women shame other married women for not enjoying sex or for not giving their husbands sex on demand? why do married women tell other married women they should let their husbands rape them?
are these women being pressured by their men to engage in these behaviors and accept them? are they being groomed and brainwashed by their men? or do they genuinely not care for their sisters? the patriarchy runs deeper than you may think.
“The roles available to women and men are clearly articulated in fairy tales. The characters of each are vividly described, and so are the modes of relationship possible between them. We see that powerful women are bad, and that good women are inert. We see that men are always good, no matter what they do, or do not do.”
Andrea Dworkin, Woman Hating
The irony of quoting from Andrea Dworkin on this subject... when Dworkin was infamous for stealing other women's work and passing it off as her own, to say nothing of her advocacy for incest and bestiality.
That sounds like a wtnv quote and I love it
It’s Andrea Dworkin. Surprise.
It’s Andrea Dworkin’s bastardization of Hiratsuka Raicho’s 1911 introductory manifesto from the first issue of Seito magazine. Surprise.
Ironically, most of Dworkin’s output is more “moon” than “sun.” She had a regular habit of trying to pass off other women’s brilliance as her own.
